In the case of a private school, it would be very useful to give an excel sheet to find out which child has paid for which month and which month he has money left over. So that at the same time all the students can see in a separate sheet which months of money are left. (It is better if through Vba)

Select and copy the column and paste it with transpose as given in the option .

Select data with CTRL pressed and drag it somewhere to copy.
To find location of Excel write: =CELL("filename")
Use of Clipboard for copy-pasting different pieces of cell contents and Paste all.
Name Range concepts.
At the time of writing Formulas press CTRL + SHIFT + A
