As Doctor Alchemy he possesses the Philosopher's Stone which once belonged to Merlin. By pressing the stone in various points it allows him to transmute any element into any other element (ie: Steel into rubber or healthy oxygen into deadly carbon monoxide) and also possesses the power to transform the human body, having once turned the Flash into a being of water vapor.[1] [2] Also, he can control the Stone from a distance with telekinesis.
The actor who plays the new police captain was on the 90s Flash. And Edward Clariss, The Rival, is Jay Garrick's Reverse Flash in the comics. Don't confuse "anarchy" with "alchemy"...
Joseph Simpson No, Captain Singh or no Captain, You can't have CCPD without Singh. Plus now with Flashpoint they can have Singh in a relationship with Pied Piper like in the comics.
My personal theory of why everything isn't back to normal is because Eobard never got stuck in the past. So he never had to impersonate Wells. To get everything back to normal, Barry has to stop his past self before Past Barry stops Eobard. Then we'll need to see the Barry that waves off Season 1 Barry.
But that is Barry from 2024, the one that came after Reverse-Flash to save little Barry from 2000. Remember the newspaper from the future, from season 1. It said Flash was missing, this was cuz he went back to 2000. The news article also mention that Green Arrow, the Atom and Hawkgirl where there to help Flash. So we have to wait awhile (about 8 more seasons of Flash) to see that fight. And that Flash in action.
You're assuming that's the 2024 Flash. We haven't had any indication that that's the case. All we know is that Flash is one who's lived through Flashpoint already. So it could happen at the end of this season once Barry sets everything back to normal.
Not at all, when joe Tells barry "you don't suppose to be ok, you have just loose your father" means that at lease the last season happens, that season happen because the time travel and the problem with the reverse flash at season 1, that is why the breach between earth 1 and 2 were possible and Zoom gets in. Maybe other additional things have been included or just didn't happen in this timeline. Sorry about my English, actually i speak Spanish
I think that originally, this episode was based in Barry's version of "Flashpoint", as it was him that created that timeline. But I think that because this is different, this is the Reverse Flash's version of "Flashpoint", not huge changes to disrupt the timeline, but enough changes to torture Barry (hence why he's still around and not been erased from the timeline or that version of it anyway). That's my theory anyway. Thank goodness I understand Doctor Who, or I would've lost track of things a long time ago haha
Holy shit! I am dying!! I just saw this on my recommendation newsfeed and caught my interest. This was, by far, the funniest reactions I ever seen!! XD lmao
That's a different alchemy. This one is Doctor Alchemy, working with Mirror Master. MM is one of the Rogues, like Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Weather Wizard, and Pied Piper. All this have appear in the show. There are others also.
I think they had a short flashpoint so it didn't affect the other shows. He was in there for 3 months we just only saw the trail end of it. Flash aired first and since they fixed it here it doesn't screw up the other shows. If they changed things in the other shows people that don't watch flash would be confused, but if they didn't we would know at somepoint something happened and he got back to his timeline (or one that is very close)
It is affecting the other shows though. Diggle is being greatly effected by it. And Wendy Merclie confirmed Laurel would be brought by back from the dead because of it.
Diggle was affected in that he felt deja vu, if you hadn't watch flash you might assume he meant from being in the army again (like I did for about 30 seconds before I remembered the flash episode). Also spoilers on that second one, I prefer watching my episodes blind.
I did not see any other changes to Diggle in the first episode, and as I said I prefer watching episodes blind. I don't watch trailers, previews, or coming up next times and I don't read any press releases. I find I get more enjoyment from watching the show if I do. If they kept up the flashpoint longer people that were currently alive might be dead because by saving his mom and capturing Eobard Barry made it so that Harrison Wells and his wife (blanking on name right now) didn't die. That alone means major things would be different, and if someone doesn't watch Arrow it could ruin the show for them if they also changed that because it is the same world. On the other hand if they didn't change things in Arrow it would disappoint people who watch both shows. So in my opinion it was probably best that they kept it to one episode. The change they did make that we know so far is that Iris doesn't talk to Joe for some reason. While this is a major issue in Flash it doesn't really affect Arrow. Don't mention anything that hasn't been shown in an episode yet please because I don't want to know about that. If I missed a major change in the episode feel free to mention it, but I am only giving my opinion and observations I have made based on things I have noticed in the episode.
Bekah and the "SMASH" (her knee) react to the Season 3 premier of THE FLASH. Barry creates a "fool's paradise" for himself but Eobard warns Barry that their common enemy "Time" is coming to wreck it all. All the familiar characters show interesting variations in personalities and situations. Joe West, Cisco, Caitlin and Iris have different evolutions in this Flashpoint Universe but quickly reform Team Flash when Wally ("Kid Flash") must fight the Rival (Edward Claris). Eobard fixes the time-line with murder and screws with it in subtle ways. Brittany even with her "Wounded Knee (non-Indian variety), is on the War Path against the villainous Reverse Flash. Finally Dr. Alchemy's name makes an appearance in Edward Claris' mirror which portends the creation of a new speedster enemy for the Flash. Good reaction to a great beginning of Season 3. BTW I think Bekah is going to need a bigger bed!
one thing that blind wave mentioned that does make sense is that I think mirror master was the one writing the word while dr alchemy spoke. like rogue war is happening this season also
Flashpoint is going to continue episode 3x02 is called Paradox so i think Flashpoint paradox is going to end efter episode 2 and later on go back to how things where with a few changes. I also think The Revese Flash did something to change the timeline for example that Iris dosen't talk to Joe to taunt Barry because he now he cant kill him but he can hurt him in other ways.
15:10 1. I have no idea what happened on Arrow and how the word Alchemy fits in there, but on The Flash it's probably supposed to hint at the appearance of Dr. Alchemy, a minor Rogue with a split personality 2. I doubt the word Alchemy has much to do with the upcoming mega crossover since the villain of that story is said to be a race of aliens known as the Dominators
Flashpoint consequences will remains til the reste of the season, even to the end of the series said the producers of The Flash. This season 3 is kind of a reboot of the show. So everything you'll know from s1 and s2 will never be the same.
Iris and Joe had a strained relationship in the 'Flashpoint' timeline. Looks like that and possibly other elements of it have carried over into the rebooted timeline.
you guys use kodi as well don't you lol i heard the noise in the background also when will the arrow reaction be up or aren't you reacting to it this season
Just an FYI you are still in flashpoint. The flashpoint timeline would have broken off from the prime timeline at the point that barry bursts into the room and saves his mother's life. Reverse Flash took them back to a point in time after that, so still in the flashpoint timeline just after barry saves his mother. In order to truly restore the time line RF would have had to have stopped barry from going back in time at all, or at minimum stopped him from breaking into the room and preventing Nora's death in the prime timeline. So long as the events of the end of season 2 happen as we saw them, we are in a flashpoint timeline of some type.
Well actually the new bad guy in the fifth season of Arrow is a completely different character from Doctor Alchemy. The new villain for season 3 of The Flash.
So remnants of barry's flashpoint-created timeline are carrying over to this one. Hmmmm i wonder if Wally then either has the potential to become a speedster - the remnants of flashpoint opens the door for him maybe?
Thawne: "But I want to hear you say it." Brittany: "FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!" Brittany echoed my thoughts perfectly. I knew she would blow her top with rage in that scene.
Barry fucked with time, there isn't going back to that original timeline anymore just like we can't go back to the original flash timeline before reverse flash created the new timeline that we had season 1 in where Barry became the flash earlier than he was suppose to. Remember when Barry went back in time for one day and it changed a few things when he got back? Barry fucked with time for around 3 months and with his memorys almost completely gone, that flashpoint timeline was nearly cemented fully to the point it couldn't be changed back, they changed it back at the last second so it makes sense that some of the changes had already cemented themselves and have become unchangable back to how they were before. I don't think Reverse Flash really did anything, even going back to the Flashpoint animated movie, Reverse Flash never did a thing, the outcome of it all was because Barry went back in time and saved his mother, that was one of the things the reverse flash in that film loved, was that barry was the "villian" this time around and messed up his own life so I think that is the same here, this is all barrys fault.
I really missed these reactions. Um, question: Why does Becca (or Becka? whatevs) despise the Iris/Barry relationship so much? She does this contempt expressions every time they are together. Why? Is it a racial thing or something?
Reverse flash did not take barry back to the night he left. Remember everyone was there. In the other time, iris and jo's relationship did not seem to be good either. when reverse flash went back to kill barry's mother. Flash from season 1 and 2 disappeared. What if barry grew up with wally instead of iris?
How can he and the Barry from that time line (child Barry) both be there.... and what happend to child Barry? Grow Barry from that time line phases out, but our Barry chaging the time line should not impact child Barry at all. So where is he and what happend to him?
Prometheus is the big bad in Arrow. Dr. Alchemy is the big bad for The Flash. The big bad for the 4 night 4 episode crossover event is The Dominators from Invasion storyline from the 80s
Just personal opinion, but not really a fan of the editing style of just skipping from scene to scene in seconds, doesn't really let the person watching absorb everything.
bekah omg face and than her plz dont hurt me when brittany kept hitting her. i thought the ep was great. different than the comics but really they cant do that

rubber or healthy oxygen into deadly carbon monoxide) and also possesses

Only the captain in Flashpoint. Singh is coming back.
I liked the new Captain, he seemed really nice.
Joseph Simpson No, Captain Singh or no Captain, You can't have CCPD without Singh. Plus now with Flashpoint they can have Singh in a relationship with Pied Piper like in the comics.
A fully powered Reverse Flash is back! Also, it was a nice touch to see Barry introducing his future wife Iris to his parents.

The interesting thing about Hawkgirl being mention, is that was her debut in the Arroverse. Before the name of the spinoff was reveal, and the cast
That's what I thought too. Reverse Flash wasn't stuck in the past this time so that's probably why some things are different.
Welcome back girls! You know the best shows are back when you show up on TH-cam!
It's so great seeing you girls back for the Flash. This is going to be a very cool season.
Thats a greasy fucking pizza
Barry's mom looks pretty good for an old lady.
To be honest
Your reactions are always refreshing, girls! Keep it up!
Part of me is disappointed that this long-awaited "Flashpoint" didn't last at least a couple more episodes.
I love the new running scenes in this and the next episode, it's great to have new footage and the angles are great!
Holy shit! I am dying!! I just saw this on my recommendation newsfeed and caught my interest. This was, by far, the funniest reactions I ever seen!! XD lmao
You knee-ed to stop trying to be the Flash, Brittnay
I think you might've been thinking of a carving of ANARCHY on arrow...anyway it's great to see you guys again!!!
Deep Cut [For you youngin's]: The new police captain was the "Cisco" from the '90s Flash TV show.
They will defiantly love Arrow 5x01
That's a different alchemy. This one is Doctor Alchemy, working with Mirror Master. MM is one of the Rogues, like Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Weather Wizard, and Pied Piper. All this have appear in the show. There are others also.

MysteriousMag3 Wrong. That isn't the only affect to Diggle. They said major changes to diggle. And one was revealed in The Flash season trailer.
I did not see any other changes to Diggle in the first episode, and as I said I prefer watching episodes blind. Hmm... Maybe you're right. But I would have loved for Laurel to still be alive..
Bekah and the "SMASH" (her knee) react to the Season 3 premier of THE FLASH. Ah, I thought I saw alchemy for a arrow commercial. Well shit *let the hate begin*
I thought Iris was dead too. I had the same reaction you did hahahahaha..... Can't wait till next weeks episode!
FINALLY! Been waiting all week!
this awesome the flashpoint is creating a paradox with everything
I miss these two... so much
When we first see the original timeline I thought Iris was dead also it freaked me out too
Dr Alchemy has nothing to do with arrow. Dr alchemy and savitar are the main villains this season for the flash
Winter Horizon ah I thought I saw it for flash, well shit
one thing that blind wave mentioned that does make sense is that I think mirror master was the one writing the word while dr alchemy spoke. like rogue war is happening this season also
The big bads is the proper term.
Don't forget Mirror Master &The Top.
Yep it was Anarchy on Arrow.
Flashpoint is going to continue episode 3x02 is called Paradox so i think Flashpoint paradox is going to end efter episode 2 and later on go back to how things where with a few changes. Yes!! I waited all week for this!!
Thawne: "Having a bad day, Bare?" Brit: "SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
"having a bad day Barry?"
"STFU"
😂😂😂
Great reaction Bekah & Brittany! Did you happen to recognize Dr.Alchemy's voice? #YouWannaPlayAGame
Tobin Bell ofcourse :D
This would be one of my favorite channels if they talked about the episode afterwards like Blind Wave does 😔
Flashpoint consequences will remains til the reste of the season, even to the end of the series said the producers of The Flash.
This season 3 is kind of a reboot of the show. So everything you'll know from s1 and s2 will never be the same.
Dr alchemy has appeared on ant cw hero shows before. Arrow has anarchy
Iris and Joe had a strained relationship in the 'Flashpoint' timeline. Looks like that and possibly other elements of it have carried over into the rebooted timeline.
Brittany's outbursts when Eobard speaks lol
you guys use kodi as well don't you lol i heard the noise in the background also when will the arrow reaction be up or aren't you reacting to it this season
Iris and Wally switch
places.
Wally & Barry is raised
by Joe in that timeline,
And Iris is raised by Mom.
We are officially now into FALL with this reaction, right Brittany? XD
yaaaaaaaaay B&B/flash reactions are back. i cant wait for you too see mine I am editing at the moment won't be long though

Just discovering you girl's channel and gotta say I'm enjoying it. Looking forward to more content from you. Later!
Poor Bek who has to take all the hits from Brit
I haven't even seen the latest episode of fandomreactions, but I feel like Brianna predicted Wally would die in this timeline...
Well actually the new bad guy in the fifth season of Arrow is a completely different character from Doctor Alchemy. The new villain for season 3 of The Flash.
Becca I feel you girl. same reaction when WA happens
Missed you both
The next episode is called Paradox so Flashpoint isn't over yet.
rev flash is been there for 3 months with flash he bought him to the future along with him ..he dint leave him in the past
Yes! i've waited so long
that must be soo messed up in her point of view of her death lol
cant wait for arrow reaction lol should be fun.
You guys need to react to the new extended Legends of Tomorrow trailer! (There may be a special guest on there you might be happy to see ;P)
Becca really hates Iris doesn't she 😒🤔
DawnFan4ever she's racist

Dr. Alcamey is a Flash Rouge.
Brittany I think you're lacking in Speed Force for that intro lol
It was not alcamy on arrow it was anarchy but I see how you could get it mixed up
Barry fucked with time, there isn't going back to that original timeline anymore just like we can't go back to the original flash timeline before reverse flash created the new timeline that we had season 1 in where Barry became the flash earlier than he was suppose to. Check out legends of tomorrow out of time extended trailer. You're gonna freak out.
I was disappointing there was no "Run, Barry, Run"
That entrance tho lol
lol Brittnay intro and this reaction was great

You should react to Legends of tomorrow season 2 out of time extend trailer. I promise Britney will be squealing 😅😅
You girls are adorable love your friendship
Is no one going to acknowledge the fact that the reverse flash grabbed a knife that shouldn't even be on that table
It's physically dangerous to react with Britney lol
Can u guys react to legends of tomorrow out of time extended trailer

Alchemy is DR Alchemy he's a villain for this season of Flash.
Loved your reactions, ladies. Am working on my own reaction to Flashpoint; hope you'll check it out.
0:02 Brittany ZOOMed at the nick of time.
Why don't Barry's clothes burn up?
you guys are all wrong it's reverse flash and alchemy the rival is killed by Bart Allen so they say on cw website
How can he and the Barry from that time line (child Barry) both be there.... and what happend to child Barry? Grow Barry from that time line phases out, but our Barry chaging the time line should not impact child Barry at all. So where is he and what happend to him?

Good, good.

Just personal opinion, but not really a fan of the editing style of just skipping from scene to scene in seconds, doesn't really let the person watching absorb everything.
react to the big mistake trailer plz
bekah omg face and than her plz dont hurt me when brittany kept hitting her. i thought the ep was great. different than the comics but really they cant do that
