As a beginner - Yes! I needed this! Thanks Coach! I have a question regarding throwing: where exactly I should be aiming? My throws tend to fall short. In this case should I aim past the catcher? A teammate told me to aim for his face/chest...but for a noob that instinctively feels dangerous, lol.
throwing to a base? hit them in the chest. if its a tag situation (runner is sliding into a base and needs to be tagged) then a lower throw is ideal - like knee height. You have to wash that "dangerous" idea out of your head - they have a mitt...if they dont catch it, it's their own fault.
Great video Coach! I’m coaching 10U girls and this will work great for my infielders. Quick question. What about the footwork at 2nd base? Wouldn’t her ankle bone technically be facing the target already?

Very straightforward. Great content

Can I please ask why left handed players wouldn’t play those positions please
the footwork becomes impossible to get fast runners out
I have a left handed player at 3rd where else can I play her
how old? Lefties generally go first base or outfield, but if it's 12U or younger I'd say just let her play wherever she can make the throw.
