Before I kind of knew how to do part I but it took forever but now using "View" it works perfectly and before I always forget to do the condition part and to enter the whole e-mail address. You have a very nice calm voice and that is greatly appreciated.

I used a tip below to add the email using the FROM button. Don’t type it in. However for me it only works on the LAST person added. I want to color two people, different colors. It won’t let me do that. I can successfully make the rules for both but if I close and reopen Outlook, only the last rule is applied. 😢 Any tips for that?
I'm having the same issue where it is only letting me color code one person. The conditions I've added keep disappearing and only one stays. And I was only able to get that one work when I used the FROM button, so thank you for that! It's infuriating setting up something that should be simple and effective but doesn't work for no apparent reason.
It is amazing how the small things make a big difference. Your eyes get exhausted now I can easily eyeball critical emails.

I have set a condition, but I still get some emails that aren’t color coated. But the same email is color coated. Do you know how I can fix this?
