My friends and I joke around that things like this will be ubiquitous in 10-30 years and then we'll be the technically inept teachers that don't know how to use the computer to run the powerpoint presentation.

How long would you say it would take to become proficient using this? I'm a web developer who recently was permanently injured and can no longer use a traditional keyboard, so a new option for PC input will be a necessity. Also looking at TapXR.

About 2 weeks for muscle memory to lock it in
I would say about 2 weeks to a month depending on the amount of usage and effort put fourth int learning how to use it. Sorry to hear about he permanent damage, I hope this could end up being a good alternative for you.

Hi, would it be possible to touch type wit a keyboard and use the tap strap mainly for shortcuts without it miss firing when pressing a key on you keyboard?
Maybe, there may be a software with gesture programming capabilities but idk for sure.
I think it would have been a lot better if they did the gestures as the sign language hand gestures. It would have much more useful capabilities if they did that
