I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. TH-cam starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)

I think everyone already knows that drinking water when eating spicy foods only makes it worse... BUT! It's not a known fact that eating bread with spicy foods actually helps.
This is because the heat comes in the form of oils, which coats your mouth. With water, the oils just get spread evenly throughout your mouth, but with bread it gets soaked up and passes on to your stomach. :D
