Ernesto Lone Wolf took me a month and a half to get to tier 7 in Forza, because I played the career mode properly, I didn't waste money buying cars, I tuned it, upgraded, and progressed races

Why are you looking at it from one side only? You may have been having an easier time making money, but there are obviously lots of others who aren't as good at it. Otherwise, they wouldn't have made the changes.
Maybe the next NFS game should have two different modes. The normal mode - like the one currently being used; and a 'Grind-fest' mode for those that want their games to "last longer" where you earn one in-game dollar every time you participate 5000 times in the same race, and that is the only way to make money. What do you think? Long enough?

Guys, the exhaust is in the diffusors and the middle Things is for the Cooling of the electro motor
Outlaw is Speed + Nitrous, not Acceleration + Nitrous.
Also, generally Outlaw isn't very good for the Regera because it scales really badly with the Speed stat (it just gains very little from it because it's so fast already). It benefits a lot from Acceleration, however (its weakest point at lower speeds), and Brakes are useful for initiating drifts because you're generally approaching corners insanely quickly, so for online racing and stuff, I tend to recommend and use a 6x Chidori (accel+brakes) build. It's only like 2-3 mph slower top speed than a 6x Outlaw build, but with Acceleration and Brakes for days to aid your launches, corner exit speed and your drifts. :)
For the purpose of this video it made sense to go 6x Outlaw to showcase the top speed potential of this crazy car ofc.
But what about Nos though?
NOS is very important, but you can still have 6x Chidori with 10.0 NOS, but you need Nitrous perk in every slot to achieve this. That is the downside.

Azortharion I have 3 Outlaw and 3 chidori, its better than 6x of either one I believe, I have a top speed of 264, 0-60 is 2.30 and nos is 8.5
The center bit of the Regera's rear bumper is the cooling vent for the batteries, while the exhausts are shaped like the diffuser

My Nissan Fairlaidy is almost fully upgraded. it does 240 top speed, accel in 1.9 sec. decent Nos 6.2 and 8.0 brakes. NFS made these old rust buckets into Super cars. Guess Rav was right.

They should add a setting for off you want to mess around (go fast as fuck) they remove all vehicles on roads and remove activities but can be toggled on and off
I think that having a shit ton of money after you've completed the game is a good thing. Sure, you might want to continue grinding the game away, but most people just want to get random cars and mess around.

Kevin Fortin I'm not saying it has to be as fast as a regera, it's just having cars that just seem irrelevant doesn't make any sense. Why is it that a derelict car like the Beetle can go from 100 to 399, or an Evo IX can go to 399 but the R32 is stuck at 299? This isn't a simulator in anyway whatsoever, and it wasn't like that in 2015 either. It also limits what cars can be used in Ranked play too which really makes the game feel stale.

Let's be serious here Theo, NFS Payback is a great game, way better than NFS 2015 but plagued by one huge massive flaw that makes this game unbearable to some. Its tuning system is undeniably awful and grindy as hell, making tuning cars a chore and a time waster, unless you have hundreds of part tokens. This problem is even more amplified when you have 0 or a low amount of part tokens.
Try upgrading a stock C10 Pickup in drag class by only doing drag races. See how repetitive, hard and boring it is? Not to mention that you can have bad luck and pick a card that's way worse than what you currently have, wasting your race. Sure you can convert it to part tokens but remember that you need to do dozens of races and sometimes you just want to upgrade your car quickly.
Not everyone has the time to do hundreds of races to upgrade derelict cars from 100 to 399 with the right perks and brand synergy. This system of randomly generated cards encourages people who don't have the time to play the game or skills to buy micro transactions.
What Ghost is doing is the right thing. Though I would like a system that can learn how you play the game and adjusts the rewards accordingly. For example, lets say you dominate a race, the reward shouldn't be desirable because you don't need better parts to win but on a long and challenging race with lots of close racing and finishes, it should give you great rewards and not just one speed card.
Progression needs to be defined on skill and difficulty, not on time spent racing and grinding.

Kevin Fortin I know but it feels like it doesn't have a sense of realism ish, like nobody even used the poor pagani lol, if you upgrade it it'll maybe be just as fast or well idk I'm guessing nobody has tried it... Right now I'm using a camaro and it's fast as hell if you uprade it right, it's Lvl 396 rn and since the roads are usually not straight, it keeps up with the regera and wins sometimes.

The Pagani BC is good at winning races because of the fastest acceleration then the rubber banding does all the work for me.

I got the game yesterday b/c it was on sale, damn I suck... I hit every wall, tree, and invisible polygon you think of. Set the game on easy and the Tier 3 Drag races are still impossible (399 R8), IDK how you did them...

I'm glad it got easier to make money. When you're doing the campaign, let it be hard. But I'm done with the campaign and now I just want to build cars. If it's hard to make money after you finish the game it makes me uninterested. It works in the absence of the old "my cars" feature, which I want to return.
