ការគាំទ្រការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រីនៅក្នុងវិស័យដែលភាគច្រើនមានតែបុរសដូចជាការងារអភិរក្សជាដើម ធ្វើឱ្យសហគមន៍មានការរីកចម្រើន។ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ពីសហគមន៍ អ្នកស្រី ស៊ីនន បូវឿង កំពុងសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយក្រុមការងាររបស់គាត់ ដើម្បីចុះល្បាតក្នុងសហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិអូរគគីរ ក្នុងខេត្តរតនៈគិរី ដើម្បីការពារព្រៃសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ វីដេអូរបស់យើងខាងក្រោមនេះនឹងបង្ហាញបន្ថែមអំពីសាច់រឿង និងចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់គាត់។

Behind a thriving community is a team of women and men working together!
Supporting women's involvement in a male-dominated sectors like conservation allows a community to flourish. With the constant support from her community, Sinon Bovoeun is working with her male colleagues to conduct patrols in O'Korki Community Protected Area in Rattanakiri to protect her community's forest. The video below tells her story and her vision.
USAID Morodok Baitang is supporting Sinon Bovoeun and her community by facilitating collaboration with other stakeholders and supporting REDD+ Project development that will provide economic development support to communities from deforestation mitigation and biodiversity protection in the near future.
