Oh, and as far as Tamago's fruit goes, I always figured it was a Zoan.... just of a more specialized type. Like instead of changing forms at will, the user goes through a more linear set of evolutions (pretty much like Pokemon or Digimon). I think Oda might have even mentioned as much in an SBS, but I forget at the moment, lol. 😆
Big mom skin color didn’t change, she didn’t use any haki that is just her base durability. She didn’t need haki for Brook.
That doesn't mean she didn't use Haki. Haki only darkens when you use Hardening. If you don't use Hardening, regular Armament Haki is invisible.

I also have the same question, if Big Mom already had a member of the Three Eyes tribe, why having Pudding in the first place? Plan B? Does she only trust family? One grim assumption is that Pudding's father didn't want to be there or with Big Mom in the first place.
