Disclaimer: This video is not intended to be best practice for face cleansing. It's just in response to a lot of questions I have been getting about my skin. I like to keep my routine very simple and my whole belief around skin care is take care of the skin internally then there is very little that needs to be done from the outside. I'm not into facial care products only just because I could never keep up, but I do understand the impact of certain foods on my skin and that is my focus. Things like collagen, vitamin c and foods that boost the body's ability to make collagen and regenerate. Seamoss and a healthy diet😘😘
You have a beautiful skin and l enjoy watching you because you look like a teen in their late teen years, l use sunlight too, charcoal, egg white mask and castor oil. l also do i face yoga exercise in the morning it really helps those muscles and give the skin the glow it needs. you are beautiful.
Thanks so much, I wanted to also show that my emphasis is always do more work internally then on then on inside its just to exfoliate my skin and using an oil that doesn't clog my pores. thanks for popping by 😘
Thank you for the tips; a friend was asking me about my routine this week saying she always uses a soap and oil; wished I'd seen this earlier would have recommended but she has bought what I recommended. Didn't think castor oil could be used as it is so thick but like you have said the massaging technique is necessary and makes sense. Your skin looks great. God bless; have a nice weekend and Sabbath. xx
Yes I believe you are right, I've made another video about my recovery from hairloss where I also spoke about the link between diet and skin and hair growth. Because some acne is hormone related it requires management with diet things like seamoss and burdock root
Please see Dr Vanita Rattan and Dr Alexis Stevens on Utube. They have videos on the proper way to wash/cleanse your face. Both are women of color. Check their playlist. 🥰

Hi there, thanks please check our my hair journey video and wash day videos, I hardly use shampoo and conditioner
So what if u have oily skin, is it wise to still add oil onto the face?
Hi there, please check out my video on best choices for oils for the face and why they may not be a bad idea.
Isn't this a washing soap, I use it for washing never new it can be used on the face. Wow
It's often used for baby bath as well, it's a mild soap and very little fragrance

Hi, thanks I did, too many products for me, I like to keep things simple and feed my skin from the inside
yeah most definitely, especially using products that have fragrances. I breakouts badly.
@@shirleynatural5158 yes the idea is to keep most things in my routine as close to nature as possible
