Well if you don't know, let me tell you: In an interview with a cover staff on cover's note, they said that they created it themself with koyori input (about 10000 lines i remember?)(Cover also a tech company after all) after Koyori asked them to do so. They want to create some Ai system for some purpose, so this is like a testing case or for practicing i guess? Or just to help koyori? I don't know but you can read that title by yourself on their tech part on the Cover's note.
They most likely use a pre-existing LLM (chatgpt, claude, etc) with a system prompt telling it how to act like Koyori for the text response, then pipe that to a text-to-speech program. The movements look like a pre-programmed loop to me. If you wanted to do something like this yourself you could literally just tell ChatGPT to pretend to be Koyori, or try to find/make a Koyori ai on something like character. ai A lot of the heavy lifting is done by whatever library or service your using, AI Koyori probably has more lines of code dedicated to the UI then the actual AI itself
