  • Ian and Vanessa Jones are reviving the coconut industry in Vava'u in the Kingdom of Tonga. Their innovative approach is sustainable in the processing of organically grown coconuts, but manufacturing is completely waste free and can generate power. The by-products are being used to enhance the nutrition of local livestock.

    i remember coming on a little 'tour' thing through this process when we sailed our yacht to Tonga and into Vava'u in 2012. he was trying to train pigs to race at the time! great operation going
