It looks great and it seems to be doing a great job. Now I have to criticize it, I apologize upfront: the fact that we feel the need to automate our exercise and massage is really troubling. The regular roller is the easiest thing to use unless you have some serious mobility issues. So all being said, this is a great product for those who have trouble using the regular roller for some reason. The rest of us shouldn't be lazy to use the manual method.
I might need to check that out. Just ran a 6 hour loop (0.91 miles) ultra race on Saturday in the 106F heat index down near St Augustine, FL. 35.4 miles and a solid 2nd over all (guy beat me by 0.5 miles) out of 74 runners. I'll bet something like this could help me get few of the niggles I have left worked out.
@@RunTall Thanks Tim. I was there to crew my friend who did 12 hours of loops in that heat. Fortunately, he didn't need much help and I only had to run another 3 miles after I finished my effort. Just got my fitness boost for Sydney and Chicago. 💥
@@RunTall PS I used that race run to enter the Mount to Coast 50k contest. Fingers crossed I get some shoes or at least a nice discount. Still hoping to grab a pair after your great reviews and use them in a 100 miler in December!
Looks like a cool device! I signed up for the Pre-Launch Group. thanks! Will you intend to run the Chicago Marathon? I follow you and your running volume is still very low?
It’s pretty cool. I hope you enjoy it. I still hoping to be in Chicago. I had a couple weeks of down time when I was dealing with a knee injury I got from chasing after our kitten, of all things, and couldn’t run. I’m still dealing with it so I’m taking it one day at a time. Good luck and have fun with your training block. How’s it going for you?
If you can't drag your weak ass over the roller, stabilize yourself and control the movement, you shouldn't be rolling, you can get injured. Just get a massage
