For the past four years I have been struggling with body dysmophia and an eating disorder, and your videos showed me that the joy in life and food for the body and soul is more important than any external validtion could ever be. Yesterday I managed to go a day eating purely what my body wanted and needed. I ate dessert without feeling one bit guilty.
