Love your videos. Can you use those containers with food in refrigerator.? I don’t think some of them are non BPA. Or if they are wrapped I guess it’s okay ? I like that slide out thing under the sink.
Yes, as an avid gardener, never refrigerate tomatoes! What a great job you did under your kitchen sink. It really gives me incentive to do mine, but I first need to measure the area and head to Dollar Tree. Thanks for the ideas!
❤ You did such a great job on the fridge and under the sink organization! Your idea for the command hook cord holder is the best one I've seen for those hooks!! Fantastic!!
Wow!! I love your drawer organizer! You measured that perfectly! How do you come up with those ideas and Know how to measure and cut everything? Man I wish I knew how to do those kind of things 😢 And you really know your way around measuring and cutting things ❤❤ cool idea of the dowel uutensil holder ❤
I totally paused your video, and cleaned out under my sink and the cabinet next to it! I now have one totally empty cabinet and very organized under my sink!!!😮😮😮❤❤❤❤ one black 30 gallon trash bag full!!! Thank you for the inspiration! See you on the 20th in ft worth !!
Love these ideas! For under sink storage, I only keep cleaning supplies that are used in the kitchen under the sink. The rest is in a portable caddy that does from room to room.
A recommendation for your kitchen aid. A sliding mat for kitchenaid mixers. With the mat, you can literally move it around with a finger!! Absolutely love mine! Also, thank you for a great video!😊
@@TheDailyDIYer thank you. My son and I have spent the past 8 years as snowbirds living in campers. We are ready to settle down near family. We are buying an old church built in 1889 to convert into our home.
Love your hacks. Getting organized feels so good too. I agree with you…star small like one drawer or one shelf at a time. It’s such a feeling of accomplishment.
Thank you I love your organizing videos..I always find things I can use in our home! Love that you use things I can make and save money.. I think your organizing videos are the best! ,
Great ways to use these! We have only 3 drawers in our kitchen, so 3 of the wire shelves in an L-shape in the corner where our counters meet worked well to provide a home (both under & on top) to our most frequently used items, our toaster & more.
I love your video! Great ideas!! I noticed you had a stainless sink grate. How do you clean yours? I have been trying to find the best way to keep them clean. Thanks a bunch!!❤️😊
Good suggestions in this video. I've been a fan of bins in the fridge for a couple of years now. I used to find spoiled stuff in the back when cleaning out the fridge, but now that I have everything more or less organized into bins, I just pull out each bin and quickly check it over to make sure nothing is spoiled or needing to be eaten soon. I find that I have hardly any food waste now that I am doing that, because things don't get lost so easily.
Omg Shannon I was lucky to find the largest lazy Susan at DT and it was just sitting there 😊 but I got it under the sink works perfect 😍 smart with the fruit I do have some of those but it barely slides in my old fridge hi honey so beautiful spending time with mommy 😊 awesome hacks thank you so much have a fabulous week 💗💛🧡💜🤎🌈🦋🐕
I like the customized drawer dividers from foam core board. The dollar tree has peel and stick wallpaper that goes with my kitchen so I think I might be someone who would wrap the foam core in the peel and stick before putting it all together.
Shannon TFS I love those rubber trays from DT they are so useful for organizing 😊 The foam board projects are super! Honey is such a good partner for the Testerup ❤❤
I love all your tricks and hacks, and your DIY's! You're amazing! But please, please, please NEVER refrigerate tomatoes!! It zaps the flavor and makes them mealy. Trust me, leave them on your counter in a pretty bowl. They'll last way longer, too. You'll thank me later 😊! Have a wonderful day, and thank you for all of your inspiration! ❤
Anytime I get tomatoes from the grocery store and I forget to put them in the refrigerator, they go bad in a few days for me. They turn black and squishy 😢 has happened many times.
I used that towel bar for my apron and oven mitts, and my lunch box! I hung it on my pantry door (it’s the same type of door as my cabinets), and then put small S hooks on it to hold my items.
20:10 i personally would need something sturdier bc i buy most of my spices in bulk so their kinda heavy… thinking maybe make this out of hardboard instead and cover with that adhesive shelf liner to make it pretty lol but I freaking LOVE the idea and that you went step-by-step how to do it
I love pull-out drawers where each drawer can pull out by itself, and the sides are higher to prevent things from falling out. I had some and used them in many places, but the rubber coating got soft and sticky. I still haven't found a replacement.
Thanks for sharing these, Shannon!! Love your kitchen, especially your sink 😍 Tip: Don't wash berries until when you're about to use/eat them or else they will turn mushy.
Girlfriend I don’t know where you shop … but I live in central Texas. I have access to a dozen Dollar Tree stores within a 40 mile radius. None… NOT ONE of my $T has ANY of the stuff you mention. I don’t understand why. But I’m really jealous!
Hi Shannon as always I love all your ideas for organizing. That is what I want to work on this fall and winter. Tackle one thing at a time. It can be so overwhelming. I have a corner cabinet which I don't like. Any suggestions on organizing that kind of closet. Appreciate everything. Have a blessed week.
We had a lazy susan in our corner bottom cabinet and didn't like it. When we renovated our kitchen we just did a shelf in there instead. We keep large and not used often appliances in it now so we don't get into it often. They are just so hard to get down and dig through, I feel ya!
My tip: keep a small caddy with a handle in each room containing the most important cleaning products plus accessories for the specific room. And everything else in another caddy with wheels (plus vacuum cleaner, possibly overstock) in a storage room or the pantry. And if you have small children: Always think about safety! A friend's child almost died from a cleaning agent under the sink...
I would strongly recommend you get either a rubber mat of some kind or use peel & stick floor tile and grout the seams under the sink. If you've ever had a pipe leak, you know why. Might be a little trouble, but not as much or as expensive as replacing the wood.
I see the dowel rod is sagging a bit, you could add 1 more hook right in the middle! Just a thought. I have the metal rods from ikea and they were very inexpensive. 😊
Kudos for your organization. Also consider a tension rod under the sink and hang your spray bottles for easy access concentrating on the left side to avoid blocking the pull out self on the right. I must say, I cringed when I saw you putting tomatoes in the fridge. NatureSweet even puts it on their packaging..."Please don't put us in the refrigerator, it's too cold in there!"☺
I believe it depends on where you live. I live in Florida and I like to keep most everything that is not used on a daily basis in the refrigerator including tomatoes
Incredibly unique hac using the poster boards! Love the fridge suggestions, I've tried using the other handled baskets in my fridge, but they don't fit, maybe the new ones will. Also, I'm pretty sure tomatoes and garlic don't belong in the fridge :) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Finally, I wanted to share one of the best fridge hacks I've used, which is to keep a "USE THIS FIRST" basket in my fridge for things that are getting ready to expire. This has been a game-changer for me! Keep doing what you're doing
Strawberries shouldn’t be washed until ready for use. It makes them mold so fast. Putting them in a sealed mason jar unwashed will keep them fresh for 2 weeks.
Ooo, I don’t think your refrigerator container (that is holding the garlic jar and lemon juice) is locked in place fully! It looks like the right side is a bit higher. Knocked one of mine out once and it was very expensive to replace when it cracked. Great Dollar Tree finds, thank you!
However, refrigeration can be useful if you have very ripe tomatoes that might rot quickly, or if you're in a hot climate. If you do refrigerate tomatoes, you can try returning them to room temperature for an hour to a day to restore some of their flavor and aroma. Cold temperatures tend to dull flavors, so if you're going to store your tomatoes in the fridge, just make sure to let them come up to room temperature before serving them to make sure they taste their best.
I can never find these items at my Dollar Tree we have 2 in my town and neither is a Bonus Dollar Tree. But they never have these organizations I complained to both of them.
Your DT is really stocked up. They're in terrible shape here and if fact hardly have anything to buy...pathetic! It's nice to see you were able to get the containers that slide in and out with a handle on the outside of them. I got several of those years ago and use them in my craft cart because you can lift them in and out with the handle. Thank you for showing us everything today and for your inspiration!

I love that you have SKI in your fridge....I come from the area where that is made.:) Great Video!
Love your videos. Can you use those containers with food in refrigerator.? I don’t think some of them are non BPA. Or if they are wrapped I guess it’s okay ? I like that slide out thing under the sink.
Thanks for all the ideas!!! Under my sink is my first priority !!!❤😊
The video is well-organized and easy to follow. The presenter does a great job of explaining the hacks
Thank you so much!

I've got the wire organizer in my deep freezer for t.v. dinners. I've got the lid one for thinner boxes & the pan one for thicker boxes.
I appreciate how well-organized and clear your tutorials are.
Oh my goodness, I absolutely love those containers for the fruits that slide into the refrigerator! 1:33
They really are great!

Not organizing anything this week. We close on our new home this week. I will be using most of these ideas as I set up my new kitchen.

Just an fyi. Tomatoes should not be stored in the refrigerator. They should be kept on your counter.👍🏻

I wish they were all the same! Some stores roll out sooner than others. I have no idea honestly. Seems there is no rhyme or reason to their stock.

You should leave produce in its natural state until ready to use!
0 sour cream, but lots of pickles! 😂
