Am also an instrumentalist...those saying he is shouting at the instrumentalist is not true.....there's are some terms we give to every beat and that's what exactly he is doing ...it may seem as a shout but its not...thank you all.....
Stop behaving on stage like you were ill-prepared before coming on camera. You keep instructing the instrumentalists too much, yelling at them as if they are amateurs. Concentrate on your your singing and allow them play their instruments freely.

In my opinion he's not really shouting at them, it's just a chant, band leaders usually do that
