Actually having followed this since the start Mshololo was the previous Judge' favourite kid.Teffo then was Mshololo of Rathas court
Teffo wanted to finish this case even before it started. Maybe it was premature but with the information he had I think that's what made him to want to destroy the state's case
Probably if he had been patient things would have gone differently
Some of the exchanges between Baloyi and Maumela is what led to the removal of Maumela. Because Maumela appered to be a reasonable judge. The state then caused his removal to bring an arbitrary judge in Mokgwatleng. They think they can fool the public. The trigger has already been pulled with regard to the accused in the dock.
I’m really trying to understand where in this case Manuel went wrong and so far I am struggling to see it but maybe later on it shows up
@@MzansiUnfiltered you won't find anywhere. It is a political decision. It is in Ratha Mokgwatleng's famous assertion that says "the JP (Judge President) won't like the pace at which the case is proceeding". Forgetting that the pace of the case at times is not up to a judge to decide how fast or slow it goes.
Right is right and wrong is wrong, Teffo was Wrong IMO. BUT I miss him in this trial. He and Ratha would have CLASHED daily. I would have loved the drama. I hope HE (Teffo) gets justice soon and returns to the courts.

Agreed I get the feeling he would have been like a Mnisi an entertainer but business is business and he was certainly very passionate about his clients
However he deserves justice too and be reinstated into the bar
@@MzansiUnfiltered Teffo's opinion is that Mshololo's client will eventually turn state witness as per some of his recordings from custody. One will infer that, that is a position Teffo held from the inception. Hence not seeing eye to eye with Mshololo.
Judge Mahumela did have a soft spot for advocate mshololo

He was definitely being fair in applying the law in this instance
It only appears so because Mshololo was calm and professional while Teffo was just wild, stubborn and uncontrollable.

Provably advixate Teffo knows a lot about Senzo's case. He couldn't wait to spill the beans. However, advocate Mshololo is also fighting for her client's rights regardless of his sentences beside Senzo's, Mshololo did well and still do by putting her foot down. It's such a challenge that she always has to be challenged by baloyi, ratha, and then it was advocate Teffo
Advocate Mshololo has been fighting for herself since day one. But she is a 👑 and I admire her for her ability to stay focus and stern on her goals. Now I understand why she has that out burst with Baloyi in Judge Ratha’s court “ I don’t understand why the state is answering for me!”
Judge might have been removed from the case because he seemed not to be partial and too clever for Baloyi.
