My husband is Tuvaluan and this is one of the best part on why I love this Island ❤️ Me being Samoan and him being Tuvaluan with both different cultures is a very interesting moment when it comes to performances ❤️ Malo te fakafiafia ❤️
TH-cam decided to recommend this 2 days ago [ After 2 years of the initial posting 😒] and already watched it over and over again more than a 100 times .. God .. the song , language and music are absolutely mesmerizing and the dancers are beautiful and performed amazingly. Love and respects from an Indian residing in Hong Kong 🙏💖.
This dance makes me not like my own Samoan dance 😂 I'm a male and would love to learn this routine it looked so fun and was literally so entertaining I love this! Love from Samoa ❤️
Mauri, I'm a Marshallese part Gilbertese My grandma's great grandma was from Onotowa her name was Neikeke her husband name was Beibuki. Very very proud of our Kilbertese Traditional Dance. I just wish I know how to dance n speak our Kilbertese tounge. Much Blessing. I just love your dancing girls.
@@biritiaritang3499 What is it about the Marshall Island that you don't like? Did you not know your country is also called Micronesia? Oh , I'm sorry our country, I'm half Marshallese and Gilbertese myself! I can help you understand a bit more about our beautiful islands of Kiribati! We all know Kiribati is an island nation located in the central Pacific Ocean and it consists of a group of 33 coral atolls and islands, stretching across a vast area of the Pacific. Our beautiful country is situated in the Micronesia region and is composed of three main island groups: the Gilbert Islands, the Phoenix Islands, and the Line Islands. Although it's not part of the Marshall Island nor do they speak the same language, you need to remember, Kiribati is part of Micornesia just like the Marshall Island, make sense?
Micronesians, Polynesians, Melanesians, the European gave us these names but at the end of the day We all share the same root! WE ARE CHILDREN OF THE SEA! God bless you Tuvalu, and my Beautiful Island Kiribati 🇰🇮 I love you and I miss you kainikatikuu ae babanto
Is this how you do Tuvaluan cultural dance? I mean is this traditional moves? So we can practice it this way,,how hands and feet moves, This is Beautiful and well performance, and how your face entertains 👏👏 Love this, even how fast moves are, still Beautiful 😍
"He mali a Lutelo mo Sipele" Wow that's just 100% same with Tongan language,, saying, "at the wedding of Lutelo and Sipele" Was this written in Tuvaluan or Tongan language??
No offence but this a Kiribati dance and song is performed with polynesian blend this is obvious from head and body movement we can say it half cast kiribati dance but very entertaining.
Yes they are sisters. They performed at my son`s wedding 2019 as they are related to my son`s wife. Beautiful sisters from Tuvalu/Tokelau dancing to a Kiribati song.
