Congratulations on 5,000 subscribers! Thank you so much for sharing Emma with us, she is SO adorable! I always look forward to spending time with each one of you. Safe Travels Nancy Girl💜
Thank you for the visit, the projects and the enabling. My aunt passed (long, happy life) and her vigil, rosary and funeral will be this week. Incredible lady. She always discussed the ingredients in a dish - it was her fun - and I baked with her during the Christmas seasons. She also sewed up the rooster's wing after it got into a fight with a cat. Yes, dreamy, amazing stuff like that. I will wear the pin she and my uncle gave me when I was 16 years old. It has been with me for many years, and I can picture her in Heaven popping a bottle of champagne to get the party started. Congratulations on the 5K. Amazing!!!!✨
Congratulations on 5000+!! We missed you Nancy! My most influential person was my brother. He was always there, looking out. He was a surrogate dad after our dad died, he was a caregiver when I needed it and my best friend always.
Congratulations on 5000+ subscribers 🎉. Lovely to see you Emma. Missed you Nancy. Jenny, I was so excited to see your Quilty SAL. I’ve been holding off purchasing it till they’re all available. Looking forward to your progress and y’all’s Crazy Woman Retreat stories ❤
Great video! Missed Nancy but know she is having fun. Wish I could go to The Colorado Stitcher shop! Beautiful finishes and love your starts! Congratulations on your 5 K subscribers!
Y'all always bring a smile to my face! Most influential person? My parents both instilled the love of reading and my mother taught me the joys of needlework, although we do different needle arts. 😊 Enjoy the retreat!
Great video ladies! Halloween Quaker is wonderful, I love the subtlety of the colors. Congratulations on reaching the milestone of 5000 subscribers! 🎉🎉🎉 Nancy was missed but Emma did a great job! My Mom was definitely my biggest inspiration and I miss her every day.
Lovely to see you and Emma, Jennie. Emma is a lot like her mom in great ways. I’ve also been meaning to say for a while that I love your new haircut Jenni. Congrats on 5k!
Thanks for the compliment on my haircut. I was frustrated with the amount of hair I was cleaning up in the vacuum. Now I can just deny any knowledge because it’s short and goes down the drain! 🥹
Oh Sassy girl, I had offered to be on this issue also…..I was informed that I don’t cross stitch any more. This is a tongue in cheek statement…..lololol
Congratulations!! Was happy to see Ms Emma, missed our Nancy. Sounds like Quilt Chicks need to have a meeting in Sheridan, we haven’t been able to connect with our Jenny. Great show!!
Congratulations on milestone I’m stitching on Lady Halloween from you as watch. I dyed orange fabric stitch in all black and grey. The Halloween Quaker is next.
My grandmother was a hoot! When I would visit them in the summers in Indianapolis, we would go shopping after lunch. Grandpa bought a brand new car but it didn’t have a/c so grandma would have the two of us drive thru the center of Indy with the windows up so people would think we were rich. Then we’d go to a big dept store and try on ladies hats before having tea in the tea room of the store.
In the mornings I stitch in my sewing room which is near the laundry room. I was watching your video this morning, and I hear the little song my washing machine sings to me when the cycle is complete. But wait !! My husband is at work and my son is still sleeping. Who is washing clothes?!! 😳Oh!! - 30:52 It’s your washing machine. We must have the same one that plays the same song! 😂
I am so glad Emma was comfortable chatting about her story today. And yes…animals do pick…there is a Labrador on our street that loves his mom but if he sees my husband will drag his owner until he can lean on my husbands leg. We take in friends animals as they travel if they have this connection with either my husband or myself and the family travels with a happy heart. The stitching plans are great…follow your heart.
Congrats on 5k! My most influential family member has to be my Mom. She hasn't had it easy, but we have a very close family and she loves us all fiercely, and if I can be half the woman she is I will be happy. I love catching up with you ladies, thanks for sharing with us.
I had a brain snap while watching your video today. I heard a tune go off in your video a went to my washing machine thinking it had stop but I didn’t have it on. Because it’s the same tune my washing machine makes when it’s finished. And I’m here in Australian and your in the USA .
Emma knocked it out of the park. I hope Nancy has a wonderful time. My dad was the most influential person in my life. I miss him every day. Great job, ladies, and stay blessed!
Great Video. Love seeing what Emma is interested in. It is fun to see how well you guys get along. Missed Nancy, but this is a great alternative. You guys all have a great two weeks.
Oh wow! Where to start, thank you so so much. Pleased I made you laugh and strangely enough last week you said you were a tool and I said out loud, yup we could be mates no bother 🤣 well done on 5K, it’s well deserved. You are both (and Emma) fabulous and Nancy’s joke telling is just epic 😂😂😂
Wow! Now I am fan girling. I had to look up a few across the pond speak, but I have to do that with Sarah and Michelle. You are a natural and I’m glad you joined the ranks!
I love how Nancy is here even though she isn't here in person! I have been working on getting Cinnamon Stars kitted up. I have wanted to start it for years. Go for it! Happy Stitching and Happy Vacation! Congratulations on 5K!!!
@@bougiestitchers2225 Nancy you are perfect we can’t all be so polished lol without you there isn’t Bougie Sisters, I mean Stitchers, but the girls can do okay when you’re away. Enjoy the rest of your vacation ❤️
This was such a special episode! I loved all the stories you shared about your family. Family is everything!!❤ Missed Nancy, but it was so fun to have Emma. She is adorable! Thank you for being so real and relatable. You are one of my favorite flosstubes to watch. (I will be at Crazy Woman and would love to meet you if you have a moment!) Happy stitching-❤Emi
I bet Sew Sherrie will be flattered when she hears that you shouted her out on your floss tube. I am so looking forward to her next video. Beautiful stitching ladies! It was nice to see Emma again, hope that Nancy had fun on her trip. And hi to your mom. I think it is sweet that she reads all of your comments. Congratulations on reaching 5,000 subscribers!
Was so excited to see a new video for your channel. Congratulations on reaching your goal of 5k. The most influential person in my life would have to be my Aunt Shirley. She was a home economics teacher and then changed to librarian. My Aunt got married at 14 she had four children when the youngest started school my Aunt went to college. She got her teaching degree. But, a bachelor’s degree wasn’t enough. My Aunt got her masters and then she finished out with her doctorate. This is the same aunt who made me a complete wardrobe in a week and drove me to college. My Aunt lost a son in a farming accident. Twenty three years later I lost one of my sons in an automobile accident. My Aunt came to my home and got me sewing again. In a few weeks I am going to visit my Aunt for her 87th birthday she is so dear to me. We still sew together every chance we get. She & my Uncle we’re the ones who stepped up when my parents got a divorce and neither parent was acting as a parent. I was 15 & my brother was 17 we still needed guidance.
Funny family story: my daddy is one of eight, so of course he has a brother that looks A LOT like him. When my daughter was about 18 mos old, she met this uncle and goes running up to him. He grabs her up and says "I bet Im not who you think I am"!? The more he talked, the more she realized it was not her Pap, and she was pushing herself as far away from him as she could get while he was holding her. It was really funny!! Good dog lover joke for this time of year. Did you know dogs can suffer from heat exhaustion just like humans? But, theres a simple remedy for them: mustard. Yep. Cause you know, mustard makes every hot dog better!!😅😅
Been away from TH-cam and missed a few episodes. I just wanted to say that Emma adds such a sweet dynamic. I so enjoyed hearing each of you share from your unique generational perspectives. I have seen mother/daughter floss-tubers, but I think there really is something to the aunt iece dynamic. I felt like I was given the privilege of hearing your conversation. Each of you are remarkable humans, thank you for taking the time to make these videos.
Great video as always would have liked you to have answered the phone to Nancy just to have her reaction on video lol love you all 😍 ps I did Not get the joke! ? 🤣
Oh it is so easy when you know the answer lol 🤣 thank you...btw I am watching Just Sew Sherrie that you recommended and I am in stitches...she is so much like me..I am a 60 year old spinster (with 2 Daughters though) and I am as scatty as her! Cant wait to show my girls that there is another lady like me out there 🤣🤣🤣
The most influential family member would have to be my mother. She died when I was 11, and I am 60 now. But she left me with a lifetime love of hymns and gospel music, book reading, and the Bible. When I am sick, even now, my mind seeks her out because she always comforted me. There can be no doubt about her influence on all of her children.
Congratulations on 5,000 subscribers! Thank you so much for sharing Emma with us, she is SO adorable! I always look forward to spending time with each one of you. Safe Travels Nancy Girl💜
That was great! Loved seeing your stitching and listening to your family stories ❤️
Take care

Congratulations on 5000+!! We missed you Nancy! My most influential person was my brother. He was always there, looking out. He was a surrogate dad after our dad died, he was a caregiver when I needed it and my best friend always.
So glad to have Emma on today. Missed seeing Nancy. It’s great seeing a daughter sharing cross stitch/ craft with her mother and aunt.
Only one of the four of our kiddos does not cross stitch. We will take it

My favorite bougie stitcher is Aunt Jenny. I asked Mom if I could be on the channel and she told me no. Emma is the favorite child besides Mater
😂😂
Ok Sparky! Yes Emma is #1! When you have time to cross stitch or even sew again you can be on. I pinky swear!
Oh Sassy girl, I had offered to be on this issue also…..I was informed that I don’t cross stitch any more. This is a tongue in cheek statement…..lololol
Just put all the laundry out there ladies

What Emma didn’t tell you is that she “threw” him down the step on day one😅😅! I am a very close second but second I am 😅😅

Moms are very special ladies. I know we can take them for granted and not realize it until they are gone. Thanks for sharing
I finally received my copy of The Equality Sampler in the mail on Saturday, the 26th. I need to get started soon. I’ll use only DMC also!
I know fancy floss adds a depth to the color, but because there is a lot of color changes, I think DMC will be perfect
Emma love your Halloween quaker, I hope you bring it to the retreat in Casper, would love to see it. Beautiful!
I had a brain snap while watching your video today. I heard a tune go off in your video a went to my washing machine thinking it had stop but I didn’t have it on. Because it’s the same tune my washing machine makes when it’s finished. And I’m here in Australian and your in the USA .
