Wonderful as always. I can absolutely imagine a little sandy beach just off camera with Wrenton, it really is every little English town all at once. The sound of the seagulls felt right at home here.
Seeing Wrenton in n gauge reminds me of home i lived about 50mins drive from Finingfield used to take my parents there sometimes but not wèekends.Miss. the duck pond. A great model taken many hours of work . I live Philippines remind me of home.and essex countryside.
0:16 - That's a beautiful steamer. I'm more into US and German steamers, so I am not familiar with all classic British locos, but the ones I know are awesome as well. This one seems to have a conical Belpaire boiler, similar to steamers of the Pennsylvania Railroad in the US. That design keeps the steam dome always as the highest point and the crown sheet over the firebox is much stronger this way. I presume that the valve rods are hidden inside on this loco. Thanks, as always, for sharing. P.S. love the cast iron (I presume it is) passenger bridge!
A typical boiler shape for larger locos built by the Great Western Railway. Gives them a great visual appeal, I think. Cast iron bridge is really plasticard, of course!
A most pleasant to watch and well edited video Roger ! Well done. The background 'sea site noises' add even more dimension to your superb layout. Prototypical or not the action is wonderful ! Thanks for sharing. Kind regards, Filip

Thanks for that. Luckily I live near the sea so seagulls aplenty to be recorded!

Thanks Chris. I thought brevity was a virtue!
Oh it is Roger, but your layout is so wonderful to watch, different angles, different locos and rakes, it goes so quickly

I am definitely a fan of this layout 😍
Thank you. Glad you like it!
I am ashamed of my model railroad after viewing these indistinguishable images. I agree with all the comments that where made before me.
Thanks Jef.
