Makes me happy that she’s showing other people who may struggle with depression or external anxiety and stress portraying people who say their okay when there just forcing a smile. I struggle with this exactly and it makes me so so so happy she addresses this.

This episode came out 10 months ago, but i can relate to this. People always rell me how happy and sweet I am, but they never bother to ask how im doing emotionally. I have not been diagnosed with depression, but I feel depressed. I feel like no one notices me and how i feel and i cry almost three times a week.

This is very true, I smile alot but that's because on the inside I'm very upset
this video reminds me of myself because at school I’d always be bullied or did something to me and at home I’d never get rest or do something instantly. it’s always the person who smiles the most sheds, tears and that person was me. And I was not very happy at the time, so I started being cooperative and easy to talk to and not really happy at all I was just miserable but when I started seeing ahps videos that show me that I don’t have to be miserable or unhappy. And she showed me videos. I could be happy. I want you guys to know that someone take you to get back up because you’re stronger smarter, my beautiful, or handsome more than them and they’re just jealous of you so I want you first to remember this please❤

I actually saw this video when it was posted 22 seconds ago but now here I am 1 hour ago. Well that’s because I was watching another Aphmau video and as usual it was great. Keep up the good work Aph! We all love you!!!
I sadly can relate to this in real life. I wasn't fine for a very long time but I just smiled and moved on with my life, thankfully my friends were there and realized that I was acting off. I'm a lot better now but I am still experiencing it to this day, but my friends are always there for me! So I thank all of my friends!

This is something I deal with on a regular basis, having to put on a "mask" to hide emotions so you don't look weak or vulnerable. If I was in the same situation as Aphmau tho, I'd tell Zane to f off and to straight up not be my friend anymore if he isn't gonna consider what I could be going though. That's how I would do it, but hey. To each their own.
