At first we thought it was a crisis, now we know it's a new normal and we have to adapt. 2023 will be a year of severe economic pain all over the nation.. what steps can we take to generate more income during quantitative adjustment?I can't afford my hard-earned $180,000 savings to turn to dust

@@jonathanyoung2176 yeah, you can see him keep flipping the pages even after Becky says to stop, so he probably had picked out 153 already. But the "underscore" part is still wild. No idea on the PIN code.

The most logical explanation for this is that Becky and Andrew are in on this. It's deception. You should seriously consider if they for no good reason present this skit, what other things they are paid to present that are against your best interests.

this is just acting...the anchors are either too clueless to realize that all the preshow stuff they do with oz is designed to give away their answers, pin codes, etc...or they know something's up but have to act bewildered for entertainment
lucid/tesla are answers he makes them give up during preshow work. he tells becky and andrew these questions beforehand, to think of these stocks. and then they write it down on a secret piece of paper that oz peeks at, using basic mentalist gimmicks like a peek wallet or a perfect center tear. essentially, oz hides or destroys the piece of paper in front of them so they believe he never sees the answer, and they never said it out loud. but once oz has the answers, he tells them "ok we're gonna do this segment live and im gonna ask you the same questions and you use the same answers but that's fair because you never TOLD me". for the cards, they are hinged so that one flap will say tesla and flipping the flap over will say lucid. it's just a basic flap card, nothing more than basic street magic. oz knows the answers beforehand so its simple to set up these cards
same thing for the pin. becky write her pin down before the show but she thinks he never sees it. so then its just saying mumbo jumbo about how he's a brilliant psychologist or whatever and he knows how people change numbers, when oz is really just a charlatan of cheap tricks.
for the book page thing, notice that oz doesnt stop when becky tells him too. she said stop too soon. he set up the trick for that page number so he keeps flipping a little later to that precise page. lazy, oz.
for the word underscore, the trick is set up beforehand for the coin to arrive on that spot. oz just uses a svengali pad or some other basic mentalist gimmick to force that word to andrew preshow. the excuse is something like "oh andrew here is a pad with a word on each page, and contains 200 random words, we need you to randomly pick one by opening to a page". svengali pad is shown to andrew by oz, holding the pad to force it to show the pages with random words, and then when its andrews turn to open to a page, oz has him open the pad so that it only shows the "underscore" set of pages. andrew is told to remember this word for visualizing later, but andrew believes it's a 1/200 chance so it must have been random. so much for being a skeptic...
as for burning the book...well its simple, the hole was preburnt down to page 153 (the forced page number where the word "underscore" is. remember that oz set up this trick to land on underscore and just forced andrew to pick underscore during preshow on the day of filming). notice how oz has his fingers covering that same part of the book the whole time. or he puts the book face down so nobody can see that the cover has been gimmicked to have flash paper in that exact spot. the flash paper extends to page 152 so that when the book is open and shown to becky before the burning trick, it looks like there isnt' a hole on the previous page, but nobody's looking that closely at page 152 because their attention is directed to page 153. oz puts the coin in the bill, positions it over the indicated hole, and lights it on fire so the coin drops down to page 153 in the exact spot on top of underscore.
i am just some dumb kid and i figured this out so the anchors are either so gullible they fall for basic mentalist gimmicks or they are being dishonest and not calling oz out for doing preshow stuff to deceitfully obtain answers. it would honestly be a much funnier viral moment to blow up oz's cheap tricks. if oz actually had mentalist powers, he'd be a trillionaire now, not relying on preshow gimmicks and selling his tricks for $30 on the internet. oh yeah i saved you from buying his routines or tricks, now THAT's a real useful financial tip!

CNBC wasted over 9 minutes on this hack. Cheesy 2 card Svengali trick, and a cheesier flash paper bill change at the end to a prepared book. Flash paper doesn’t get hot enough to cause that kind of damage to a book. You can literally hold it in your hand while it burns.
