You know, I glanced right over this ingenious device. Had I not decided to give your video a quick look I would've never even considered it and just continued on with my fill and shake and wait and shake and turn upside down and...you know how it goes. I just ordered one. Thanks for uploading this vid.

How many kegs can you wash until you have to change the wash fluid out?

any comments on the position of that top nut? it seems to me that you'd want it screwed down pretty low to center it more into the keg?

Entirely up to you. We found having it at the top of the keg was the most beneficial

Hello my friend! Do you use hot water at 170 fahrenheit with PBW? Does the pump support this temperature? Thanks

Nope! Keep it under 160F as it is a plastic pump. Recommended temps are 140-155F

Yea we usually do 150-170. The pump can handle the heat, just not boiling water

Where would one find that hot water tank on your wall?

I dont have a hot water tank on the wall. I think you are referring to the electrical control panel.

I don't know what was being used as the caustic but you should never add water directly to a caustic. You and the castic to the water.

I read that as well. What's the reasoning for this? Is this to avoid splash back or something?

    • @stevenbeach748

Caustic and water can make a violent reaction that can explode enough to get you in the face.
      It happened to me.
If you add caustic to water it dilutes it before the reaction takes place.

Most of the setup is one time.
