Probably it's just overall better to have high speeds on Harmony or Preservation characters. That's what I've been hearing from the guides I've watched.
@@GloriJohn Robin typically doesn't need any spd cuz she has action advance from her trace(and Vonwacq) that allows her to skill immediately. Her skill buff duration also decreases whenever she takes a turn while her ult pushes her down the action order, so that's even less incentive for her to be so fast. My guess is that he wants Robin to get a turn before the 2 elites at the start of the fight.
