Ya thats about what its like the first snow storm of every winter here on the east coast. I work as a volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic and this year in about 4 inches of snow I ended up responding to 7 car accidents 2 of which were roll over's. I don't think its just CA that cant handle bad weather its just people in general regardless of where they live :p
