Mile is a beast. Loved him at Villa
Absolutely loved Jedinak when he came to the Villa, was exactly the type of player we'd needed for years. Played a huge part in getting us promoted and changing the culture at our club that had become so toxic and rotten. Happy he's still at the club

Villa fans have exactly the same memories. Warrior who always showed up to be counted in play-off games and was such an inspiration to fans and teammates.

Villa are MASSIVE 42,500 capacity with 27,000 on a waiting list.
Hopefully, the owners have been saving their serious financial backing for a proven manager who earns their trust by proving he can get the best out of the squad he's given. If that man is Unai Emery, then surely they will back him in the coming transfer windows. Gerrard only proved he couldn't get the best out of his players from the get-go until he was sacked, so why would they have backed him more than they did. They may as well have thrown that money in the bin.

I'd settle for mid table solid security for a couple of seasons n gud cup runs! We need stability, and then hopefully Unai can really get his Euro ball style motoring.....I can see him really focusing on the League n FA Cup as prelude to his Europa Masterwork again, once he's got us up the table a bit! I hope we stick with him even if we go down!! Which is by no means out of the question if the players don't jump on the Unai Euro ball express! Luckily, dye to his trophy record, his style of play, and his enthusiasm n passion from first training session, I think they already are. He was straight into the first training session like a man with a plan, even getting stuck in on the ball himself! Respect! U can see he's got that total faith n confidence in his methods,..... That's Experience! I cud see his fluent style n intensity in the first training session video! It not only looked enjoyable, slick, well planned, and full on, the players were actually finishing off moves with the ball in the net!! Miracle! Cud Watkins has been second guessing himself, n taking an extra touch in box! I'm hyped for reign of Emery, he,"ll bring proper football style back to Villa, what we've always been gud at historically! He"ll have better chan e at Champs League with Villa than PSG or Arsenal when he gets rolling! He made CL semi with VILLAreal!! A City of 150,000 people! Birmingham has 2M! He cud do a Europa League win again, and with a proper Euro tram like Villa, and our owners, we cud take some stopping! Id settle for mid table stability n good cup runs next two years!! I've had enough of all this inconsistency. 😳👍

If the owners want the club to be better on the pitch then we need to get 2-3 top players in in the summer. I can't see it happening but it's what needs to happen. That or some incredible scouting for some bargains.
