fyi, lgu raised the price to Php1k... I hope this money goes to marine environment development, not their own pockets. Also on cuts and bruises from the boat, they should follow what they are doing over at Cenderawasih Bay Ahe West Papua indonesia, using nets to feed the whalesharks.. or use pumpboats as not to injure the whaleshark. Rather see them here rather than having japanese fisherman fish them out at open sea
