@SimplySoccer can you do an analysis video of the defensive role of a CAM. I’m having trouble defending because all I’m really doing is pressing when my team loses the ball but I get lost and don’t know what to do when the opponents have the ball. Also I’m not very good at pressing either.

What of a full back?
What about the aspect of total football? They will always be around the ball. Shouldn't they be more or less the first line of defense, or be able to drop back and press, so the backs can soft cover. Coaches will appreciate a hard working player like that I believe.

How do you know when to do one, twos?
Will come with experience. you'll start to recognize opportunities to quickly do a one two and move into space. It's something that happens really quickly. Typically, it will be done out by the wing, but can also be done in the middle if the movement and passing of the players involved is good.

Depends on your goals. Playing on a team will help you improve faster since you'll be playing in a more organized way and most likely with and against better players
I play CAM but I always give the ball away rather than carry on driving and dribbling past a player. I am pretty good at football but I just don’t play as confident when playing. Pls give me advice

I'd say Central Midfield is hardest. CAM have a little more flexibility.

Hi dave can i ask something,.
I play on an astro turf pitch with adults so its very rough and fast so i just get put up forward. The problem is that anytime i get the ball my mind goes completely blank, i get caught standing there just looking around not able to think, right before i get the ball i know what to do but when its actually passes to me i stop thinking and so i try to attack the goal but then struggle to do the moves i know i can do from practice and just lose the ball.
What can i do? Its something I’ve been struggling with for a long time, do i just need to play more matches?

He also mentions the 3 moves a lot so practice your 3 moves and when someone is pressuring you just use one of those

It's not dying at all! It's actually stronger than ever. It's just the nature of YT when you upload daily. Some videos go on to do very well, others don't but that's normal.
