As someone who just graduated from college, I have to say this list is perfect. These are things you learn and adapt into your own as you go along. I have a small wallet with a loop for keys, to keep all of those essentials together. Change. I rarely remembered to pack food, but there were always vending machines in a pinch. Somewhat comfortable shoes, especially if you're on a big campus. Other advice: Try not to worry too much. A lot of amazing things can (and probably will) happen in your time in college. P.S. If I had a nickel every time I heard the question, "Does anyone have an iPhone charger?".. I would have less than $5. But really, it happens a lot.
I suggest looking at what your own needs are. I know many people who prefer to take notes on laptops (they can google key terms, link articles, search up photos and paste in charts, etc), but as I said in the video I personally prefer pen and paper. However, I was always working on projects that required my laptop, so I would bring my laptop to work and write papers/reports on campus during down time. Some people are fine with working at the school computer lab so they don't need to carry a laptop. As long as you are completing your work and bring other forms of items required for class (printing out readings, for example), you do not necessarily need to bring a laptop to every class. Good luck! :)
+Little Art Talks Thanks you very much for your response! I also would like to say I am a freshman and future history of art student and I love your TH-cam Channel. Have a good day!
You have to love air plains, haha, just kidding. Love this video. I'm going to grad school soon, MFA. It's a low residency program. Do you have a video or can you make a video about how art majors can do Arts Residencies around the world? I'm in North America and I want to do an Artist Residency in Japan. I'm currently trying to research Artist Residencies in Japan.
That's a great idea! I've had friends use resources like www.resartis.org/en/ and artistcommunities.org/residencies I hope you find a good one in Japan!
+Little Art Talks Awesome! Thanks. One of the MFA Graduates at my college shared some ideas with me. I love Japan, really loved your video on Japanese Art History. My alma mater didn't get a chance to go over it in depth like you did when I was working on my BA. I grew up watching and loving a lot of Japanese Animation and Chinese Action Films. I would also like to do an Artist Residency in South Korea and China, after of before Japan. I believe seeing world cultures and meeting different visual artists globally, help shape an artist's ability to become extremely creative.

Great advice! I especially like the idea of having a loop for keys on your small wallet :)
Yes! Get a mini stapler! This comes in handy so often!!
I carry an USB OTG cable too. Then I can use keyboard, mice, flash drive or a phone to phone charge.
Great idea! :)

Is having computer for class really important? I'm just not sure and a bit nervous about new experiences and places,so I wanted to ask you.

The way you talk really makes me want to listen to what you're saying lol
Good advices... but NOT snacks. Snacks will make you fat. Avoid them at all costs
