I loved it. I know that style of home isn’t for everyone but I think it’s so appealing if you have lush trees or views outside. I can picture myself there for sure but maybe with a throw blanket or two and some lamps.
People saying it is too blund, no furniture no color. You can fill up this space as you wish. Plant some bushes, put some painting. The designer role is to design the space. Some designers show space without any furniture or decoration. It is you or the stager or the stylist who can add your own touches. Not to blame a designer.

The architectural design of the home is stunning. I think the commenters are disappointed with the staging. That could be a little better, especially with the large scale of the home. Still really lovely home, inside and out❤
Kitchen well done too. Large format tiles. No hideous handles. No corner kitchen just linear. No open shelves but glass tall cabinet. I hope there are built in LED there. The only thing us riffles. Riffles are gone.
Stunning elegant and beautiful restful lines everywhere you look. That kitchen… wow 🤩 the green wall ❤, the staircase is even peaceful to the eye. Gorgeous design inside and out. I love minimalist… de-stressing to the soul. Yes perhaps a little colour through throw rugs and more plants… but not too much
Oh, please change the rugs right to the entry and in the living room for larger ones! Also those armchairs are not the right scale and style. This is a million dollar home and yet such details can totally ruin the vibe.
This home has a LA celebrity vibe to it. Very indoor outdoor.I could see this in AD. I'm sure it looks killer at night. Not sure how livable it is. Home owners don't even use the front door. I bet they have a more cosy family room. When they are decorating for Christmas it will be great
I'm sure this home was built with the utmost quality but is cold feeling with all those large bare spaces, super high ceilings, open starirwell etc. I can hear the echo now
Color combination is correct. He follows the proportions of 60 to 30 to 10. I would criticize yellow riffle wall. Riffle are gone anyway. If he came with something more dramatic like rock wall - rock wall is the last trend - it would be a perfect design.
I love that military green it looks sick for the kitchen instead of the usual white. I’m not sure if it was the angle, but the kitchen had a huge empty space with the island pushed up against the stove?
I really appreciate the craftsmanship…stunning. This home is not for me…..I really don’t like the interior at all. I would not want to live in this home.
It feels a little clumsy internally, with so much wasted space and impractical occasional seating zones. Two tier islands are unnecessary. There is more than enough space for a casual dining set between the sofa and island. The chairs in the living room are jarring - wrong side, design and colour.
I think the storage is hidden . I think this option allows lots of accessories to be added by the home owner. Like a huge Christmas tree throw pillows and Christmas lights this place would be epic
Less really is more here. Minimalism isn’t for everyone, but calling it ‘bland’ misses the artistry in its simplicity. This design prioritizes light, flow, and functionality, creating a sense of calm and balance without overwhelming the senses. We should be proud that we, as humans, can build shit like this.
MDF so many chemicals in the house. Glass in the stairs if you fall, you go through the glass and then you die. It happened to a child. Not something recommended in any home.
The wine display is tacky (as well as exposing the bottles to light and fluctuations in seasonal temperature and humidity) and very 1993. Build a cellar or call it a day.
🏠👎🏽No!! Why do architects continue to reproduce this house design? I see so many of these houses in Calgary, it would be so nice if something was produced, thinking outside of the box. Secondly the foyer is missing the “wow factor” narrow, felt like a bowling alley. No focal point unless you call a huge staircase a focal point, and it’s not, it’s an eye sore First impression 3 out of 10 Third, the kitchen look like a cave and not in a good way, dark, gloomy and sad. Impression 2 out of 10 ⚠️You mentioned MDF like it was a good thing- and it’s not. You made the wine centre not special - CHEAP finishes!! You threw MDF on the wall and called it a day. 0 out of 10 Third the seating nook, can only fit two people comfortably, cramped with a huge bloody wall with a tiny fire place - 2 out of 10 The great room was cold and lacked warmth, why use white when we live in Canada with 6 months of white snow- use wood tones for the floors introduce plants why bring the colour of the snow in the house. 2 out of 10 Lastly flow issues - Final mark 2 out of 10

I absolutely love this home!! Great work 🏡
For a “luxury” home sounds like there’s a lot of mdf
Must be in Ontario
and that moss

The exterior is absolutely stunning. The interior design is missing something…. Maybe not enough contrast
I would just add some colorful rugs, art and tons of plants.❤
I love the house’s exterior and mudroom.
Beautiful
Glass staircase is good too. Without hardware. Furniture takes 30 percent of the space. It how it should be. Bravo for magnetic LED tracks.
No, it's not. It's an accident waiting to happen.
@loveforeignaccents ?

@@loveforeignaccents it is according to the Code! Elderly might trip anywhere. Does not mean you cannot use new materials.
This home reminds me of a corporate office. 😐
it looks cold and too sparse what a waste of potential and space
Do paneled walls collect a lot of dust?
Love it

The house is very beautiful but it feels unnecessarily large. Lots of empty void space.
Can't ever get too tipsy or have elderly people over with those dangerous stairs!!!!

Hi 👋🏻
Huge areas of undeused and unusable space, it feels a bit cavernous, cold and could carry sound easily.
Oh, please change the rugs right to the entry and in the living room for larger ones! Also those armchairs are not the right scale and style. This is a million dollar home and yet such details can totally ruin the vibe.
Thank you! The armchairs look like an afterthought!
Best builder in the country.
Beautiful house. Lazy staging. Looks like a showroom for Rove concepts.

That paneled wall "hidden door" in the foyer isn't very hidden.
Los Angeles has 1,503,403 of these

This home is stunning, but I can't stand open floor plans. Not enough privacy. If you love wide open, this house would be awesome! ❤
This is just an advertisement for the builder
If the owner made sure their Range Rover was in the shot, I’m gonna go ahead and blame them for the interior design that looks 20 years old.
I don't like the furniture or the interior design of this house. The furniture feels cheap, and some pieces seem too small for the spaces.
Yawn🥱 Too cold no depth and no warmth … Wasted space People give some character elements with warm woods We don’t live in a museum ….hmmm do we 🤨🇨🇦
Eventually, linear LED track lights on the ceiling. No more ugly pot lights from the 80ies. Eventually.
Would have loved to hear about this beautiful house but the music got in the way.
❤❤

No soul, no character. Just "too modern". Looks like a Nespresso store.
That’s an insult to Nespresso!
If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
Too bland. It needs color, lots of dead spaces, lacks storage, etc.
I think the storage is hidden . I think this option allows lots of accessories to be added by the home owner. Like a huge Christmas tree throw pillows and Christmas lights this place would be epic
The solution to bland is not always colour. It may be for you but it’s not to everyone’s taste.
Variation in texture could also help.

It’s minimalist design
They got a marijuana tree in their house just kidding🤣 this is nice 🧡
Must be great for the owners, but it’s a nope for me.
Looks like a store layout - cold and. Boring
Too cold. Maybe its the floors.
MDF so many chemicals in the house. Glass in the stairs if you fall, you go through the glass and then you die. It happened to a child. Not something recommended in any home.
Glass will not let you fall through it. Stop being some dramatic.
Hospital lobby...too sterile

Boring house & no privacy, too open
And I can’t even use the key to the front door. It’s like OK. I spent all that money and I can’t get through the front door.🤦🏾♀️
