Take me as an example, before I listening news, I can't say vowel sounds perfectly. Thus, I think you could choose some Chinese documentaries to watch. Because their pronunciation is always correct. Meanwhile, the content will benefit your understanding of Chinese culture. Good luck!
Bro is in med school, learning Chinese, goes to the gym, cooks his own food, reads, games, has a girlfriend, and makes youtube videos. I just sit around and watch his videos and act like my schedule is packed
You can't just role out of bed and become someone else, start small, write what those things are that you want to do daily in a journal before bed, that kind of thing: observation first.

Me bro. Pre med student 7-7 class mon-sat goes to church 2x a week on top of those classes. Still have high grades and time to go out with friends at least once every 2 weeks. Its all about time management and being satisfied (note: i said satisfied not happy) with what you have.
I'm a depressed med student, and I honestly struggle so much to stay motivated. I have peers that quite literally study 8-10 hours non stop at the library, but I'm managing somehow so far, so I think you can definitely do it to. Like I'm going to a psych soon to get that checked because I feel it's really limiting my progress.
Organized = dopamine levels balanced. Unorganized and time wasting students = only want to memorize and not learn, also waste time on social media or videogames, including Netflix and youtube. Unbalanced levels of dopamine = depression
I am now slowly coming out of depression. And looking back, I understand that life is not what I imagined. It turns out that you can do so many things in a day. And living not only exclusively for work / study or entertainment. It turns out that balance is important. If you work exclusively or exclusively rest, then you can completely self-destruct. My first day of college is tomorrow. I’ve taken four years of Biomed at high school and likely will major in something medical. By no means am I at medical school yet, but this video is informative and reassuring to me knowing that as long as the work is put in, difficult assignments and hours of studying can become manageable and routine. Crazy how you are so productive even during nighttime. I usually start studying at 10 am till 5pm for a subject. And after that, I'm not fully focused on a subject anymore so I start to relax. Watch some informative and fun videos. It was cool seeing how you organize your day. Besides that, people find a routine that works best for you!!

this motivates to make days as productive and organized as yours. for me, it's usually either game/lazing around day or study day. but this kinda opened my eyes to a better way of managing myself , and maybe less stressful :P . I will try doing that in my upcoming block. good luck , sebastian!
As someone in veterinary school right now myself I am comfortable saying this guy is in the 1% as far as what he accomplishes in the day. None of my classmates are learning Chinese or going through casual reading or decompressing with video games every night. I don’t even have the chance to talk to my girlfriend for 10 minutes every night. Good for this guy for doing what he does. However, for others going through any professional school and you do not have this lifestyle, do not feel bad or like you are less because like I said earlier this guy is in the 1%

To all of you just realize it's all up to you. Don't sit around thinking that being productive ir even just wanting to be productive is some sort of magic feeling that only certain people possess. Realize that the feeling of wishing you were this productive even enough that you'll post a comment about it online is just a sign to wake up and accomplish your own goals. It isn't magic just use your emotions to power you threw the things that scare you and the things that will get you to the top of the hill you are trying to climb.

Good content for a TH-cam video and showing your clean house 😂 nothing productive ever happens if you cramp so many things that needs dedication and hobbies that take your mental endurance away.
