Ryujin was Blonde in Mafia In The Morning. In the ending scene of most videos, she is usually in the middle of the formation (she is after all the Center of the group). Yeji and Chaeryeong both had bright Red hair. Yeji had the one giant hoop earring while passing by a guy in a hallway. In Loco, Ryujin's hair changed; in one scene (sitting on the side of the bulldozer and eventually climbing into it and closing the door) she had long black hair but in other scenes her hair was shorter and was mixed between Blonde and Black. In one scene she wore the rainbow sweater and blue jean shorts. She has that adorable smile while tapping the lights to get them to work properly. Yeji is the one with Pink in part of her hair. She's also The Cat (no color in her hair and the hair is done up to look like ears, really cute) with those giant-sized cat toys and the tower scratching post. She has probably THE MOST Cat-eyed look I have seen in Music Videos. BLACKPINK member Jennie comes in second place as far as the cat eye look, just naturally without makeup on either of them.

honestly idk how i pic a bias i just get bias wrecked till something happens that makes me finally stay with one like with Big Bang i switched favs every 2 seconds until i learned that people thought Daesung was the ugly one of the group and wasn't getting as much love as the others so i've been a Daesung Stan since 2009 :3 with ITZY people were saying Lia was a lazy dancer so i just kinda attached myself to her
If you wanna struggle for your life, check out the studio chooms... Especially Yeji's and the one with both Yeji and Ryujin. I am telling you... It is ALOT to say the least, litteral health hazard.
a lot of the jyp groups seem to use a lot of cat references in their mv's specifically the chesire cat so i'm not sure if there is a hidden connection with all of them
As far as picking biases, for me it always goes one of three ways. 1. Someone does something in a video that's so iconic they lock you up immediately. 2. You watch them in a V-Live or some other behind the scenes content and someone's personality or sense of humor sticks with you. 3. You give up and just float between members depending on the last cool thing someone did or go OT(x). Like, DC is my ult group, and I gave up and just went OT7 with them a while ago. As far as Itzy goes, Ryujin is my bias because of her behind the scenes personality (and to be clear, I understand "behind the scenes" or "real" is a HEAVILY mediated concept in kpop, I do not know these people). And then Yeji is my wrecker. Anyhoo I still hope you can get to Swipe and Voltage eventually. My main comment on these videos is Mafia in the Morning has insane editing. The match cuts and transitions are incredible.
Completely agree with you, most of the time my biases are because of their personality (even if it isn't necessarily 100% them), for ITZY it's Ryujin because of that, and I'd say it's the biggest reason for most of my biases. For DC I just went OT7 as well, and for Red Velvet it was Wendy because she stood out so much in Psycho - the first song I saw from them, now it's Seulgi after getting to know the group more, but you're spot on with those reasons (and I just agree about the match cuts, and Ryujin and OT7 being my biases XD)
Yeah I a totally get that for choosing a bias, Yeji hit me hard in both Mafia in the morning and studio Choom and was like nah I’m your bias. On the other hand for SKZ I’m OT8 because I just can’t choose, love those guys.
