Yeah I might not sound like it but there are days when I’m feeling really low. You might be new to the channel but I always get crazy anxiety recording videos and I’ve just been finding ways to make it easier to record without getting so anxious ahah. I’ve never really told my viewers that I have this so my way of telling them something about me was something I revealed in a joking manner. I don’t like to make it sound like something I should be pitied for so I tried to be playful with it.

Man if it were that easy It would’ve fixed my problems, been taking d3 with zinc and magnesium every night for a few years now. I’ve gotten better with managing it when it happens, it used to be so much worse
@@DerekGarnerLifts D3 and Zinc is fat soluble and should be taken with food. I would go for atleast 5000IU of D3 and around 2mg of zinc per day. Make sure your D3 is in the form of cholecaciferal. Idk if it helps
