I've never been down on easter weekend - I think you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere quiet. I'll normally try push through a little further than most people are willing to go and that's where I'll find some real gems.
Just how 4 wheel drivish do you need to be to drive the track end to end? How far could i get with a very week xtrail and a driver without the confidence to drive on the easiest beaches.. How far would an all wheel drive ute get? Could u take a van in at all?
Right now I'd have no issue taking a POS Mazda 121 the whole way though. As mentioned the road is freshly graded, the road you see in the video is as bad as it gets (a smooth, unsealed, dusty road). I've never seen the track in a shape where you couldn't get an X-Trail through it. When it is rutted out and rocky you can just let some extra air out and take it slow. I've seen the likes of X-Trails and Rav 4's make it through the southern parts of Litchfield NP. If the water isn't too deep, take it slow, give way to others and it's not an issue.

One of them looked a bit nicer than the XT Max. If I can remember the name I'll comment it below.
The reason that these places are so nice and dog friendly is because people didn't put then on TH-cam. Now they have become crowded and people leave there rubbish for others to clean up. I hope putting your mug on TH-cam makes you feel special. You Tuber's need to stop posting and ruining places.

On the weekends there’s plenty of people around. Through the week is only way you can camp there with no one around

TH-camrs are just the worst. I cut my dog’s legs off just so he couldn’t come with me to nice spots.
