You could use it for lots of things with slight alterations, recipes, Christmas lists & address book, pregnancy journal, baby/toddler milestones & memory journal. Though I make & sell journals I don’t use one, I can’t think of anything I’d really use it for. It’s not in my nature to journal, I teach crafts & jewellery making too, I don’t do journal making because it can be either a little too complex or beyond the level of the attendees. Without being unkind some people have more of a natural aptitude to crafts & many unfortunately believe they can’t do something. I try to change that 😁 I won’t ever get bored of the proud look of accomplishment on their faces as they go home with their creation 😁🌸 have a great day
Brilliant design. I’m going to make a couple for my TN for an upcoming trip. Instead of the Kraft card, I have some printer-friendly A4 card stock about the same weight. I am going to print both sides of a couple of sheets using designs that relate to my destination. I think these would make fabulous custom gifts for friends who are travelling or into journaling.
I love your notebook tutorial. I wish i found it sooner so i could make one for my daughter for her travels in Europe the past summer. I will make one for her and her boyfriend and present it at Christmas. thank you again. I love the stickers! Perfecto!
I really cant thank you enough. Àll this time I had been thinking that I needed extra islets to attach these or brackets. But now you showed us we could do with either.Im a beginner crafter. Thanks alot. Love from Bangladesh.
Great tutorial! I’ve watched your process in this video a few times to finally get into making this. Now I’ve made a few of these with all types of papers. I’ve used file folders, scrapbook papers the same weight as file folders. Thank you for showing the step by step techniques of every part of this construction. Much more multi functional for making handmade TN inserts covers. This is a great and very useful video. Awesome work! 😊✌️
This is amazing and exactly what i was looking for, in fact its better than what i was going for and this video really took me for a journey, cant wait to do the same (or as close as possible lol)
Thanks for watching! I did tried..but I felt bit awkward and never upload lol.. i might do as some events for a few times but I am now away from home and around few weeks to stale, I will try to do some voice over! Please keep track me thank you! :)
I stumbled across ur video, and I love the concept, I am a brand new crafter, and I wished you could have spoken and given us dimensions, becuz I know without some measurements this project will be difficult for me personally. But if u have another video with measurements & some speech to it, I should be fine, I find this craft item was exactly what I'm looking for to give to a gentleman friend as a gift. I look forward to any type of help u can provide me. Ur truly blessed 🙏. Best regards, PJ 🌹🌹🌹
I will be doing this as a cover for a traveler journal! I will probably reinforce it with a slim peace of cardboard, maybe I can decorate it with scrap's fabrics that I have at home of old clothes that are ruined! I don't have enough money for a real traveler journal 😢
Oh yes!! I put washi tapes around the slots! I didn’t put any washi at the back side but I would suggest you to put the washi tape on both side! Thanks for the kind words:))
11:44 I’ve never seen someone who can cuts a half circle perfectly like you did!
I really like how you didn’t use all the usual “tools”. This is a project I can easily do
This Traveler's notebook kraft folder insert tutorial is so nice!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 from BRAZIL 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Just wanted to say thank you for making the video. I was able to watch (repeatedly :)) to make my own in an A5 size.
I probably won’t make anything like this, but it’s very imaginative and well done! I admire your creativity.
