I think you have met a keeper woman. And I believe you guys would go a long way when it comes to this Uniq journey of your life. I hope you guys stay together for a long long time to come. God bless you two.
The view is much better on the Canadian side just saying And staying there overnight the night lights are awesome might be worth a hotel room with a falls veiw
Hello! We have taken the boat "Maid of the Mist". It is for sure worth it! I can't remember the price, but you get a totally different perspective from the water level.
My wife and I were there on the Canadian side on Victoria Day a few years back. It was a ton of fun in spite of a lack of parking, and we plan to return some day. We didn't take one of the boat tours, but surely plan to the next time we are there!
So beautiful there! We're taking our truck camper there in the spring! PS Thank you for handing the camera off to Rebecca! She's more than just the background
Have the best time !! Will definitely be warmer for you then haha. And thank you so much for your kind words! It's taken some coaxing but I'm warming up to the camera haha
Boat tour during the summer was awesome. Wet, but awesome. Even better was visiting the falls during October - no tourists, early darkness with great illumiation of the falls.
I took the Maid of the Mist last year when we went on a family vacation through parts of Canada and on the US side to see Niagara Falls - very much worth it. The perspective from the boat is awe-inspiring.
Looks like Boston Pizza is like our Dave & Busters. Spent 3 days in Niagara about 10 years ago and don't ever need to go back. It was beautiful in July !! Safe Travels
I haven’t been there on the Canadian side and the American side. We did the boat ride the maid of the mist. it was spectacular. You will wear a rain jacket. If not you will get wet. Enjoy whatever you decide. ☕️🍩
💜 Love every minute of your videos, I’ve said before and I’ll say it again you two are happiness. I always have the biggest smile when I watch your videos💞 ps hot damn those are cute squirrels 😀
You can do a walk behind the actual fall. I think my daughter said it was cheaper than the boat, and they loved it. Not sure if its open this late in the season. And I did Maid of the Mist boat tour waaaay back in 1979! Loved it :) Hi from Oz!
The maid of the mist. The boats that go to the edge of the falls. I've done it before and its is definitely worth it. You get the full experience by doing so.
my wife and I visited the canadian side in June. We did a few excursions packaged together including The Hornblower boat cruise. Canadians wear red, Americans on the Maid of Mist wear blue. Well worth the price. You get a real sense of the power. Awesome. Also there are tunnels you can visit that take you behind the falls. Great history too, Lundy Lane, Queenston Heights, Fort George and Niagara on the Lake.
I live less than an hour from the Falls on the New York side. The New York side is more park like while the Canadian side is more commercialized. From where you were standing the Falls look like water falling over a rock. While on the New York side you needed to go down the tunnel and walk out onto the decks where you can look up and your close and you can feel the power of the Falls. Same feeling if your on the Maid of the Mist. The reason there weren't more people on the New York side is because it's WINTER !!! Most people don't go there in the winter.
Just like everyone else said, the Canadian side is the side to be on! I live about half an hour away. I hope you walked farther down the walkway to where it is right beside the falls. It's unbelievable how much water is flowing over it when you're up close! It's also crazy to see in the summer, at night specifically. It's madness! So many people you can barely walk! And with all the attractions lit up, it's pretty cool to see.
Growing up I always wanted to see the falls. I was always fascinated by the pictures and films. Little did I know that photographers strategically left the buildings out so I naively thought it was out in a National Park or Wilderness.
I've taken a ride on one of the boats right up to the falls years ago and I loved it it was amazing I live about 20 minutes away so I've seen the Falls tons of times it's still great to see but I love the fact that you guys travel and see some amazing places. You have the life.
Taylor you should visit castle fun park on your return trip. It’s located in Abbotsford bc. Let me know what you think. You and Rebecca would love it !!
You guys need to go behind and under the Horseshoe falls. They have an elevator to take you down. you can stand right behind the falls feet away from the thunderous roar. Its amazing.
on the canadian falls u can go under it and come out half way down and see the water flowing over you but u can only enter it on the canadian side .. also there is a nice white water walk on a boardwalk u can do on the canadian side
Rebecca is adorable! If you two like old film noir movies check out the Marilyn Monroe movie "Niagara." You will never look at Niagara Falls in the same way. Cheers to you both!
i was just going to say hit the strip..but you guys found it. my buddies and i use to go their every year for new years and that strip is packed and bumbing.. we would rent a cheap motel and pack like 10-20 of us in it and party all night lol..
I have taken the boat rise "Maid of the Mist" It's a must. I got a ticket for the boat ride, a movie about the falls and I forget what else. My family really liked it and so did I. Do,It.
Holy cow did that bring back memories! I was 20 years old on the Ferris wheel with my now husband, and Niagara Falls was weird back then...it was very eclectic ;). Awesome place to visit!
Went there back in 2016 when I had a work assignment in Buffalo. It was January and about 6 degrees outside. Didn’t have my passport so I couldn’t go to the Canadian side. Loved the video!
My family and I did go on the US side of Niagara Falls and we did take the boat ride. The boat went right up to the falls.. we had our Poncho rain gear on. Had a great time and there's also steps that went along the falls I highly recommend taking the boat ride
We were there this past summer , best to see from the boats that ride up to the falls...very cool in the summer...$19.25 USD ...everything else is a tourist trap....
Welcome to the Northeast from a follower and fan in Vermont. I thought the boat ride was definitely worth it. The view is better from the Canadian side and while your over there, you can go into a tunnel and get behind one of the falls which is cool especially from the thunderous noise of the rushing water. Enjoy!!
The boats are totally worth it, seeing the falls from the bottom is a totally different perspective. We did it from the US side couple years ago., can't remember the cost
must see: laser light show at night, then north on Canadian side take elevator down to river rapids, then further north to huge whirlpool as river turns that has gondola you can cross on
Devils Tower W.Y. may be of interest along your travels. Unique spot. Not too far off I-90 and just a couple hours drive from Rushmore. I saw both in July. Must stop at Wall Drug in Wall S.D. Comfort food and all kinds of cool stuff. Along I-90 in SD, WY, ID, and WA, some rest stops have free dump stations + water. Some I-90 gas stations in Montana (Town Pump chain I think) have free dump/water. Don't mean to plan your trip, just trying to pass along some useful info. I've been full time in my truck camper for 9 months now...and now I'm learning cold weather truck camper lessons (humidity in matress & freezing pipes). About 11 months ago we emailed via FB. Before going full time, I asked you about doing laundry (being a drag) and then you did a video about laundry. Keep up the good work and glad things are going well for you!
I was just typing "you're on the wrong side", then you went over to the Canadian side which has a touristy town and much better views. Try Buffalo Wings in Buffalo :) You guys are probably in Detroit by now...
It is toooo cold for Maid of the Mist right now. June -October is best. Hornblower on the Canadian side is about $26 per person & totally a bucket list item. Behind the Falls is also great. There are free & low cost things, too.
Canada side is much better! The maid of the mist (boats) are worth going on. Also going under the falls are worth seeing. The tall needle building has a restaurant on top that spins allowing you to see a 360° view of the city. Glad you are going to see the east coast!!!
HI ,If you want to see good waterfalls and great hiking, Go to the #1 state park in the USA , Letchworth NY , There's three waterfalls along the river hike , very wooded, Great place
Hey guys commented few months ago and just got caught up tonight here in Florida ha 81 here. I was the trucker with ptsd after crash. Your videos are great Rebecca talk more your great and funny. Update I did it.... sorta not as big. Got the truck and camper played with truck now stuck in 4wd lol what’s 3 grand lol. If she wants to come to Colorado my home winter is not the best time I would love to show you everything but it’s all closed. That’s what you get at 10000
In the U.S. side they have a 5 attractions pass. I don't remember the exact cost but let say $55, which seems reasonable for me. It includes the boat and it's great. Thanks for the video. Now I have to go to the Canadian side.
Yes definitely take the boats... worth an experience at least once in your life. Also, i haven't finished watching this video yet but i hope you guys also went on the Canadian side of the falls, its supposed to be a lot nicer
apparently i was there with one of my sons in the late '70s...have pictures to prove it but i can't really remember the trip that much (getting old doesn't help)
The boats are not great as the spray gets in the way of the view in my opinion, you feel the energy of the falling water. Niagra town was a huge disappointment but the view of the falls is better there with the curve of the falls. Get discount cards for shopping in the US they save a bunch.
For a proper tutorial on the Canadian accent, I've always relied on Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas as Doug & Bob McKenzie .... "eh, take off you hoser .... it's a beauty way to go eh ? "
Loving the episodes Taylor. I've watched every one so far. I plan on making a trip to Canada sometime it seems so much more interesting the places near Iowa. Can't wait for the to see Mount Rushmore with Ya. Good luck buddy.
You are living the dream that I've always wanted to do I wish I knew you were in Niagara Falls I would have tried to meet up with you and talk enjoy your travels yes I am a Canadian boy lol
I'd be up on the ferris wheel! 🎡 You're a blessed and beautiful couple. 🌷 PS watching national news, choose your route carefully. Horrible storms central, Chicago, NE great Lakes. I worry! 😲

Rode on the Maid of the Mist back in summer of 07. Got soaked, lost my glasses in the water, and the sweetest little girl puked on me. Fun!
Rebecca, you're an awesome vlogger. You guys are great. Love your videos.
All these comments are all so sweet! I honestly cringe everytime I see myself on camera but the support from you guys is amazing! 😊😊

Took the Maid of the Mist Many years ago. On Google found it costs $19.25 USD to take the tour. Definitely worth the price.
Have fun guys. Glad to see Rebecca playin around with the camera. Her accent bout made me fall out of the chair! Lmao!!

The boats from the Canadian side are Great. You’ll get VERY wet so if it’s as cold as it looks being exposed on the deck is not a great idea.
Check the sundowner out.
