Recipes and Ingredients:
Recipe 1
220 g oats.
3 tbsp sweetener.
1/2 tsp salt.
4 eggs.
250 ml warm milk.
Gradually add milk and stir.
50 g melted butter.
1 apple.
150 ml water.
A drop of oil for frying.
Recipe 2
1 cup oats.
150 ml warm milk.
2 apples.
15 g butter.
1 tbsp sweetener.
2 eggs.
Recipe 3
1 cup oats.
1 glass milk.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Apple and banana.
2 eggs.
Vanillin sweetener.
50 g dried fruits.
100 g walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 4
1 cup oats.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
3 tbsp sweetener.
3 tbsp olive oil.
1 tsp baking powder.
Enjoy your meal 😋.

50 g nuts.
1 tbsp sesame seeds.
1 tbsp cocoa.
1 banana.
1 tbsp honey.
100 ml milk.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
