    11:32 Thank you for this video. Now I understand where my doctor gets these quackery ideas about "you just need to exercise". It's a catch 22. Feeling like absolute crap with Low T makes it very hard to even want to exercise.

      I’ve lost 65 lbs to prove to my doc that my weight wasn’t the issue. Sure it helped my mood a bit but energy not at all. -Hypogonadism identified 10 years ago at age 16

      CNS stimulation training. Maximal loads, moderate to low volume, mainly isometric contractions for time.
      Try that for a week and tell me you don’t feel the T flowing

    I liked the part on this male condition You explained it
    well. It is an important aspect of developing awareness, and therefore it is
    good to completely understand it as veiwer. Nowadays people are more
    after allopathy medicine than any other medicine instead people should improve
    their life style and mode of treatment. I would recommend Ayurveda treatment
