One you didn't mention was SCP 1504: Joe Schmoe. This is a guy who is mostly ignored. He is considered ordinary and boring when he IS acknowledged, and it is slowly driving him insane. When interviewed by a researcher, his name is recorded as Joe, a white guy of average height and build. Yet what "Joe" is actually saying is litany of bitter complaints of the pointlessness of the interview since nothing of what he actually says or does will be acknowledged. He punctuates his point by punching the researcher in the face. The researcher thinks he got a spontaneous nose bleed and that Joe made an offhand remark about changing air pressure due the weather. Joe angrily complains that he could tell the researcher that he is going to rape and murder the researcher's wife, and then carry out that threat, and even that wouldn't be enough to make the researcher truly SEE him. The researcher thinks that they are making banal small talk.
The article notes that the facility Joe was nominally "contained" at suffered a series of fatal accidents among the staff that were, as far as anyone can tell, totally unrelated. It was only some time after Joe escaped that the Foundation realized what was going on and began trying to recapture Joe. The challenge is not just in finding someone everyone ignores, but in constantly reminding themselves that his recapture is important.

The Metal Gear series has its own version of an anti meme if you think about it.
In mgs2, there's this thing called the patriot ai, an ai developed by a shadowy organisation called the patriots made in order to govern the American state. What that lead to however, was the ai censoring certain facts in order to create a new context to events and change the will of the people within America.
This means it essentially stops certain memes from spreading, making it a sort of causation for anti memes.

About SCP 055: It’s stuck in a Faraday Cage according to containment procedures. A Faraday cage is an an enclosed space surrounded with a material that blocks electromagnetic signals from entering it. Perhaps we can infer that SCP 055 is some form of electromagnetic device, possibly a cellphone, radio, or other communication device that can use its signals to spread its memory affecting anomaly. That, or this “third party” wants to prevent signals from reaching it in fear that electromagnets will actually interfere with the anomaly. Granted, it’s implied by the document that no one can actually remember the containment procedures long after reading it, so maybe this isn’t actually very helpful.

I love the reality/ mind bending SCP lore. When you started talking about 3211 I actually paused the vid to go read the file and for me it’s described as a pair of gloves where whatever you put in the right hand comes out of the subjects mouth and the left one it goes down the subjects throat. I read all of it and then the 6 minute timer was up and the information on the file changed drastically. Now it’s described more as a toaster or a number of other objects. I don’t have a huge point other than how weird and absolutely awesome this SCP is. Thanks for showing me another good one. I’ve been into SCPs for years but I’m new to your channel love the content.

I'm currently working on an SCP that has advanced eyesight, perceptive intelligence, and sophisticated genetic memory (subsequent generations of said SCP are capable of retaining general memories to form complex instincts) making it capable at detecting anomalies that don't adhere to the laws of physics, and being highly resistant to amnestics. However it is highly susceptible to cognitohazards (and mimetic hazards if said info was learned from a progenitor in the past). This video is of great help as it further allows me to understand the depth of these concepts.

The term and concept of "meme" was coined by Richard Dawkins in his 1976 book "The Selfish Gene". The study of memes, memetics, became an academic doctrine during the 1990s.
I don't know how this translates in the Foundationverse. Could this means that research into memes and memetic prevention only go as back as the last 40 or so years and that the Foundation had no effective means to counter anomalous memes until ~25 years ago.
