Zkye's performance is outta this world. I've never seen her limit herself through some of the lyrics until now and was thrilled when she cut loose. Darren is like a kid in a sweet shop, he has such a big grin on his face. Me too! Shaun, your overlap of the song at the near end was 😘. I was thinking what were you going to do, just perfect. Is Tzan playing "Tommy"? Loving the longer side camera angles, we get to appreciate Mark's playing, and who can't say no to more of Damo! I've heard this song covered a few times over the years, all by live bands here in the UK, but never as good as this. Absolutely brilliant effort from everyone.
Just watch the expression of the keyboard player, he knows, they have struck gold. First, the key they play this song in fits perfectly with the vocalist's range, so the result is pure magic. Selfishly, I am glad they used no auto-tune as the vocalist's imperfections make her performance so powerful; she is an imperfect human but the depth of her emotion is clear, so clear for us to hear. Bravo!
