Love these longer videos. 165 days of Dau putting in the time and effort into planting and sowing on his farm. He took the time to plant wheat and sweet potatoes now he reaps the benifit of that action. Constantly working and improving the farm. I am sixty eight yesrs old but since I am watching your farming techniqies and your energy I am fired up inside to farm too. I need to do it for my suvival as well. I need to know how you create the water for your farm if there was not a river nearby. Also what you use to make feeding for your pigs and fowls I also like what you farm in general. Keep up the good worķ . By the sweat of our brow we will eat bread.(bible quote) It also keeps us fit and from being lazy . I hope the youth are watching and learning .You can transform many lives all over the world by your doing.

Slice some of those green tomatoes, dip them in cornmeal, sprinkle with salt and fry them in a little oil until golden brown. Fried Green Tomatoes! A special treat in the southern US.

In California real estate there is something called "highest and best use" and that's your covered outdoor fireplace with the wood storage area. Eventually you'll probably be cementing that area as well, I'm assuming, and that will cut down on dust and dirty feet.
Taking out that hillside overgrowth and putting in a tiered terrace expands your homestead as well as gives your property views. Beautiful job DT.

Probably a good idea to maybe dig the trench a little wider and deeper. Plus you could line it with cement ,so would have clean water , and not always dig or scrape away the trench.

Onions are not poisonous to dog. He is living in the forest so curtains are not necessary. Lets him live in simple. Anyway he is alone with his dog only.
O Dau if you want to have a dog you have to give him a decent meal can't really on him catching his own food that makes them wild and you can't really on him or he will start catching your chickens I know you love animals😢
Always add some salt in what ever you cook so it will be more tastier
