Now I've refilled the toner, still the red light for low toner is on.. also in supplies information it is showing 0% toner even though it is full.. What if i keep on using as it is, ignoring the red light and pop-up on my laptop while printing (showing 0% toner left)
sorry, i don't have information about that issue. I know that inside printer (in paper tray) is sensor detecting paper. So please check if there is clear. Maybe some scrap of paper clocked sensor ? Or maybe some dust ? Unfortunetly i don't know where exactly - if you find it probably you can lock this sensor in position "with paper"
@@ciuchcia1985 wydrukowała dziś 2 strony i pokazuje brak papieru w oknie windowsa. Nic się nie zablokowało, toner prawie pełny. Dziwne jest to że normalnie drukuje strony testowe
@@ricomadagaskar5876 od spodu jest czujnik papieru - jeśli byłby brak papieru drukarka zaświeci diodę z wykrzyknikiem na czerwono. To pewnie byś zauważył. Więc uważam, że po stronie drukarki jest ok. Raczej po stronie windowsa bym szukał problemu. Jak mi się dzieją cuda (szczególnie przy drukarkach wifi) restartuje spooler. Używam do tego komendy 'net stop spooler' a następnie 'net start spooler'.
@@ricomadagaskar5876 jasne, ale część ze spoolerem pozostaje aktualna :) Jakby co to samo robi restart komputera. Czasem jakiś plik przywiesi spooler. Wtedy można go wyczyścić kasując ręcznie albo komendą wszystkie pliki w katalogu kolejki wydruku del /q /f /s "%systemroot%\system32\spool\PRINTERS\*.* (najpierw trzeba zatrzymać spooler).

i having no paper status but i have paper in tray any help ?

HP 1020 series is (was?) the best printers ever ! I have LJ3020 already :)

hello, printer has countig chip. You can mount new chip, or just ignore message.
