An inspiring speech. Yes, we must live in harmony with nature, not in a permanent war against nature. Children must learn to understand nature as a living ecosystem, with bacteria, fungi, trees, insects and animals including humans.

Thank you sir for sharing valuable information. You are very true, but unfortunately in India we equate the education with earnings. Higher salary means highly educated, but no one think of basic principles as you said. The Holistic Education is what is shown in the form on Hollywood Movie "AVATAR" but unfortunately we see that movie as entertainer but very few people can connect to the real theme behind the movie in respecting nature. Hope your speech will bring some change in our Indian education system too. Even though every thing about respecting nature is in INDIAN tradition/culture, but this generations are keeping themselves busy with mobile & computers, leaving no time to think about nature.
