I, too, am overjoyed to find Lisa's teaching. I listen to Pastor Jack on Sunday and other teachings and podcasts he does. Living in Boston, we believers who came from other states (Dallas, TX) where women's Bible studies were commonplace have found this to be a dry hole. My church doesn't offer them. And so glad Lisa's teachings are offered to us via technology. I can even listen in my pajamas!

I love the way she teaches and INSTRUCTS at the same time. Many pastors and teachers only teach this stuff as history and only about Israel. But the OT teaches us about who God is; and He doesn't change. So we ought to listen and learn from these stories, because they are very relevant to us today.

I’m a retired history teacher. Most students loved my classes. I did lots of projects like mock elections as they occurred in society. I taught the Decl of Ind and Constitution Word for word and emphasized “divine Providence and even was threatened by a Wicken parent to get me fired. I taught for 48 years😁Good Bible study. ✝️ Love Jack’s sermons. Both of you … keep standing for Jesus. 😊

Hello Lisa. I been coming to this church on the regular since September and I like it . But you were explaining Nehemiahs job of cup bearer and serving and it brought up an old dream that I had in prison... I was hired in my dream to serve people in a large gathering of sorts and I didn't even know what it was for.. But there were kings from all over the world there in my dream and as they entered I was supposed to be taking them to their seats. King after king kept shaking my hand with hugs and kisses saying things like finally I get to meet you it's an honor, or I was wondering if I was going to shake your hand one day, and one said there you go, I heard so much good things about you. I didn't know why they were saying that to me but every king was delighted to meet me and had big smiles of happiness on their face. After taking many to their seats and after all these conversations with many kings I woke up and I was still in prison at the time. I was confused why I had that dream but I had many dreams in prison. Anyways, I brought this up because of your explanation of Nehemiahs serving experience and it triggered a flash back of my prison dream... I was kept in prison because I firmly believe that it was a racist move against me by a judge who was holding police injustice evidence in her hands for three and a half years and I had a clean record of 35 years before I got beat and tazed and as I tried to get justice the gov was creating a false criminal record with false arrests. The Atlantic city courts made me pay fines on false charges and they refused to pull out every video of the arrests.The four false arrests that I was counting happened within 10 months of trying to utilize the court to get justice from the Njtpd beat and tazed against me... I was given a criminal record for trying to get justice. It's been ten years later and the Democrat party refused to house me. They kept me homeless on the street and I endured over 30 false arrests. I was relying on God the whole time and knew that he would stand up for me soon but he hasn't yet. I suffered a lot and they stuck me in a rehab in September 2023 for housing instead of real housing. I don't belong here and I been praying for a place closer to the church because it takes 3-5 hours to get there from Hollywood by train and buses and I always come the night before to sleep under the bridge to avoid all those hours of travel in one day..I suffer from a tbi from getting hit by a car when I was Almost 5 and all that travel in one day is not good for me.. Anyways I think maybe I might be getting housing in Pomona which is better and I don't have to sleep under the bridge .. please pray for me, thank you.
