Chat Chutney Recipe:
• 3 Chat Chutney Recipes...
Ingredients for 4-5 Persons
1/2 Cup Matar
2-3 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
2 tbsp Green Chutney
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander
For Masala Mix:
6-7 Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Roast it on slowflame and then grind it to coarse powder.
Other Ingredients:
Pani Puri Pani/
Pani Puri Masala
Pani Puri Mitha Pani
Besan Sev
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Sukhi Puri/Papdi
Lemon Juice
Curd
