Ba Gua Zhang: Dancing - Playing - Fighting

In our latest Ba Gua Zhang Camp 2022 we focused on the Essentials of Ba Gua Zhang, how these essentials deliver us principles and how these principles create a whole system of fighting, playing and dancing.
I believe that the legends of Ba Gua Zhang and its efficiency in fighting while at the same time looking very beautiful and being healthy are not just made up. Instead, I think it is our responsibility to un-dust these Legends to make them shine again.
