With due respect to Chinnasami sir, one question came up in my mind is why the private sectors are more profitable. I am from Salem and grown-up seeing Salem is famous for Salem Steel Plant. In last 2-3 decades, govt manipulated Salem Steel Plant to be a loss making company but JSW has setup a plant and doing steel business here.
