Those 01 kings that Donahue & his boys were gambling against was basically better then the lakers that year they had to cheat ,that's how dominate bibby, web, stoyakavich & those boys were ,& iam a knicks fan but this is just facts if you were born or weren't young back in 2000,2001 then you know
Nah, as great as he was, Duncan and KG were different animals. Don’t believe me. Compared CWebb’s performances vs the Lakers in the 2002 WCF and Duncan and KG’s performances in the 2003 playoffs.
@@Theterminato2013 Not sure what you mean. He averaged at least 26 pts 11 reb 6 ast per game versus the Lakers in that infamous '02 series. Duncan and KG faced the same but much less stellar version of that Lakers dynasty in '03. The Kings proved the year before that the Lakers were beatable in a series and the Spurs were just a bit lucky they didn't get the Kings in the WCF in '03 as a result of Webb's injury because it might have been a different story than facing the Mavs who the Kings OWNED in the playoffs when Webb was healthy each year! While Duncan and KG were both phenomenal, championships aside, I never believed either of them was ever that much better than Webber from a raw-ability standpoint. I watched every game Chris ever played since he started his first game at Michigan so I'm not just talking out of my ass here Lol They were both better defensively absolutely which gives them the edge overall but I'd take a healthy, young Webber over either of them any day on my starting 5 and that's not me knocking them by any means. Webber's talent level was just special. His attitude got the best of him many times and the two horrific injuries derailed him most of all in the end.
Too think they were enroute to a championship in 2002 and the organization + refs engineered the lakers win to ensure more views for the Lakers three-peat attempt... Webber and the kings would have gotten it..
😂😂😂 this was his 5th season in the league he came out of the best draft class with Kobe out of high school but he was establishing himself he was only 22 here the story goes Jalen called chris to brag about how good O’Neal was and chris took it personal
One of my all time favorite players. He should be a hall of famer by now.
The fact that this man was robbed of a championship by some corrupt referees makes me sick to my stomach
You mean getting to the finals
@@dl5394 the lakers swept the pacers that yr.. fair to say Sactown would've made easy work of them too
@@Positive_energy4u oh ok
@@Positive_energy4u it was the nets. Sac woulda clapped them anyway
@@Positive_energy4u they didnt swept the pacers. it was 4-2
That dunk sound is so satisfying
tatally thinking the same
The old rims sounds are much better sounding than rims now
and yet he's not in the Hall of Fame great going NBA
yeah he really should be
BasketBallBrazy TM he is going to be, he's a finalist for this year
Sasuke Uchiha no he's not idiot..they already announced it
Manny P how am I an idiot? I said he's a finalist, that's literally means you're probably going to get inducted
he didnt make it though
Thank You for this. Chris Webber a hero of my kings
I remember Chuck and Kenny clowned him for taking 47 shots this game on TNT, completely ignoring the fact that he had 51 and 26 on above 50% shooting.
That says all who clown was
I love this!!! CWebb needs to be in the HOF.
Sidenote did Anyone else notice he never goes left? Lol
Basketball is more fun to watch back then .. players arent relying on 3's too much
UNDERRATED, nothing else to say
Beast underrated PF
Welcome to the Hall of fame Webb
the stat mentioned at the end is wild. OOOOH BOOOOY!
He is the 2002 nba champion i dont care what anybody says
The most important idol in my life, I like a star from 10 to 30
These Kings teams were the most fun to watch during this period.
they work so well as a unit he really got robbed
Sounds weird, but C-Webb had the best hands in the game. His ball control was on another level.
Had it not been for the dominance of Kobe and Shaq this team would've had at least one championship
And for some crooked refs too

Prime of the nba

😂 the ending of this video or last shot is hilaaaarious. They was a fun team to watch lol.
Chris Webber is underrated he was a problem
we love them all in Sac
who else is there to love?
When post play existed
Its been 15 here since the playoffs, please 🙏
We missed out on a Shaq/Webber front court :(
Goat
Prime Webber was a MONSTER!!!
Prime C-Webb was as good as Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett

That was the most rebounds in any game since 1975
Dennis rodman 29 rebounds in 1997
@@wally7088 Thanks
Pacers played the worst pick and roll defense known to man
scbeast73 They did alot of things badly in this game.
C-WEBB!
Albc song
Imma tell my son These the last kings of Sacramento
Vs Jalen Rose too!
I was at this game :)
Can we get some mike bibby highlights ??
56 shots!
C webb
Men he like a bigger version of sir charles barkley , if he always aggressive in rebounding
Too bad he got his ass whooped by Barkley in the 1994 playoffs and got 56 pieced.

Poor Jermaine O'Neal
7:58 Arco was loud
Poor C-Webb got robbed of a ring
They basically was the Warriors before the Steph era. Um….do we really need to tell the present Warriors what they need?…………😐
