    Great video. After juicing, what do you do with the crushed apple residue? Is your cider sold refrigerated?
    Any east coast retailers?

    I love how it's made videos especially this Grainger series, where we meet real people doing the work they love. The cider press engineering has been around since at least the mid 1800s. If you're in Connecticut, you can watch a genuine steam powered cider press in operation. Canvas cloths and wooden racks, and the pressing operates exactly as this one does. It was built in 1881.
