Capitano will definitely become playable. He already has an ingame sticker which only playable/futere playable characters get, arlecchino also got one wayyy before her release so its basically confirmed he will be playable

Although I would have liked to play him with a mask, that's kind of his highlight.

But, personally I believe he may not get his mask removed, as it creates an aura of mystery, and Hoovers may want to avoid having a Dream moment.
Madame Ping not playable (yet) may be a good thing, as after Mavuika and Arlecchino, our gems may take a huge dive, and need time to stock back up. I think the Electro Dragon Sovereign would be the next hype character in Version 5.X.

Natlan has been a huge letdown regarding new characters, especially for veteran players who already have a strong lineup. I'm not even going to pull Mauvuika, since I don't see any real advantage over Arlechino, especially with constellations. Capitano was the only character I was excited about, so it looks like I won't be pulling even one Natlan character. Gratz Hoyo, you gave us nothing in Natlan
